Helen started her career in real estate in Savills Property Services where she spent more than ten years serving as director of residential leasing for the Shanghai office. In the five years prior to joining SIRVA, she headed up the residential department for Savills Beijing office. She has explored the depth and breadth of relocation services for many years in the service of various client, helping to establish an all-embracing quality relocation services.
Helen is Director, Direct Delivery Services For SIRVA APAC. She is responsible for overseeing the deliver of Destination Services, Real Estate, Tenancy Management and Expense Management. She collaborates with finance to enhance and strengthen the expense service process, as well as works closely with business development and global account management team to enhance SIRVA destination services.
Helen holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree and Shanghai & Beijing Real Estate licenses.
Thomas has 20 years of experience in China with most of it spent in the mobility industry with a strong focus on shipping of household goods. He has worked in Beijing, Dalian in the past and has been based in Shanghai since 2010. He is currently Country Manager for AGS Four Winds China where he oversees a network of 5 offices across China. AGS Four Winds China is a leading provider of moving and destination services in China and part of the AGS group which in the last 47 years has not stopped growing and has expanded globally year after year, strengthening its presence throughout the world in Africa, Europe, Asia, the French overseas territories and the West Indies. Today, AGS has one of the largest networks in the international removals industry with 148 locations in 97 countries.
Over ten years experience in HR and global mobility consulting fields, experienced in different mobility areas, covers over 15 countries in APAC & EMEA.
Elena currently serves at Covestro Regional Headquarter in Shanghai and she has over 15 years expereince in global mobility. She has extensive expereience of both internatoinal assignees and local hired foreigners on global compensation management, individual income tax compliance, immigration compliance, tax efficiency, social insurance solutions, offshore payment between LEs, permanent transfer, localiztion, etc. She is a expert on mobility and has the passion to continously drive mobility process excellence and the effectiveness of mobility related products.
To focus on customer needs Elena has been working out some new product based on orginzation needs, such as tax effeciency program, rehire of foreign retires, internship hiring. Meanwhile she also palying an important role for international assignment digitalization journey. She is in the steering committee at E-AID (Assignment Initiation Digitalization) at Covestro and has been working on digitalization of international assignment initiation and IA reimbursement to continuously drive efficient mobility solutions.
Benjamin Lee has international education in his blood. His great-grandfather was among the first 120 Chinese students sent to the United States to study in the 1870s, and Ben’s first visit to China was in 1984. After graduating from Yale University in 1992, he returned to China to teach at Central China Normal University in Wuhan. Following that initial three year stint in Asia, Ben returned to the US and worked in high schools, first becoming an administrator in 2007. Shanghai American School Pudong is his third principalship; he’s been there since 2016.
Prior to joining SIRVA, Echo served as Manager, Operations at Cartus Relocation for six years in China. In this role, she was responsible for managing a team of Destination Consultants delivering services to clients in the Petrochemical, Automotive, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and IT industries. She owned both service delivery and account management within her portfolio. She was also responsible for building a high-performance Visa & Immigration Team in China.
Echo is Director, Global Account Management for SIRVA Relocation Asia Pacific. She has overall strategic and operational responsibilities for accounts in the region inclusive of industries like Technology, Engine manufacture, Asset Management, Multinational Aerospace & Transportation and Oil & Gas. Her main objectives are to forge strong client relationships and to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
Her most recent position was Country Director for SIRVA Relocation China. She was responsible for overseeing the delivery of Destination Services, Immigration, Real Estate, Tenancy Management and Expense Management. During her time in this role she supported client onboarding with transition volume 500+. She collaborated with departments like finance to design expense management processes. She was also appointed to deliver in-house training programmes to the business development team.
Echo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Associate degree in Japanese. She loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and eat lots of yummy food.

Annie has 12+ years of HR global mobility experience in Dow Asia Pacific. With the extensive knowledge in relocation, immigration and tax related topics, deep China understanding and general familiarity with how these process in other APAC countries, Annie provides the regional oversight and consultation to the internal clients as the APAC global Mobility expertise.
Joyce joined the KPMG GMS practice in Shanghai in 2006 and has more than ten years experience in providing individual income tax compliance and advisory services to multi-national clients and has assisted clients with relocating international assignees globally.

Rochelle has over 15 years’ experience in Global mobility industry. Joined BGRS in 2007, she is presently responsible for client development across APAC region. Her previous roles with BGRS also includes managing operations and key accounts.
Rochelle’s expertise focuses on client relationship management, advising companies on global mobility program, client solution and relocation service offering.
Prior to BGRS, Rochelle worked with a leading global Real Estate company. During her last 5 years with that company she was account manager for corporate clients focused on providing relocation consultancy and destination services to clients’ relocation employees.
Rochelle is a graduate from Shanghai International Studies University with a degree in English language and she has earned GMS-T designation from Worldwide ERC organization.
Claire Yao joined Corning China (Shanghai) Regional Headquarters in Jan 2012. She has over 14 years of experience in mobility, including 9+ years as Mobility manager of Corning in APAC. She has facilitated many expansion projects in the region and has designed local and regional policies for talent relocations. She became a certified GMS in 2012 and GRP in 2021
Claire’s work in Corning covers global, regional and local talent flows, including immigration, mobility and tax compliance. She has extensive experience on expatriation localization and China domestic relocation. In addition, her past working experience in Total Rewards also enables her to have in-depth knowledge on local policies and practices in Asia.

Irene Yu is a Tax Partner based in Deloitte Shanghai. She is leading Eastern China Global Employer Services (“GES”) practices, with nearly 20 years of professional experience in tax and mobility areas.
Irene has led the delivery of services to a wide range of multinational and domestic companies covering industries including famous financial institutions, large life science/biotech companies, high technology companies, law firms, etc. She has extensive experience in managing large mobility engagements for both MNCs and China headquartered company and has provided wide scopes of services covering inbound/outbound international assignment structuring, individual income tax compliance and consulting, compensation and benefits structuring, global equity consulting, and foreign exchange consulting. Maggie is responsible for managing the Global Mobility Program & Executive Compensation for Goodyear Asia Pacific region.
Maggie has over 10 years of HR experiences in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management and Total Rewards. She has been with Goodyear for 14 years. Before joining Goodyear, she had a long career at Honeywell & U.S. Consulate Commercial Service.
Kevin Zhu is the Senior Manager of Deloitte Shanghai. He has 15 years of professional firm experience as well as industry experience in human resource and tax areas. Kevin was the Asia Pacific Mobility Compensation & Tax Manager of a Fortune 500 automobile company before he joined Deloitte.
Kevin has extensive experience in global mobility transformation, compensation and benefits planning and structuring for global mobility employees. He is also a tax specialist with deep knowledge in individual income tax in major countries of Asia Pacific, Europe as well as North America.
