Helen started her career in real estate in Savills Property Services where she spent more than ten years serving as director of residential leasing for the Shanghai office. In the five years prior to joining SIRVA, she headed up the residential department for Savills Beijing office. She has explored the depth and breadth of relocation services for many years in the service of various client, helping to establish an all-embracing quality relocation services.

Helen is Director, Direct Delivery Services For SIRVA APAC. She is responsible for overseeing the deliver of Destination Services, Real Estate, Tenancy Management and Expense Management. She collaborates with finance to enhance and strengthen the expense service process, as well as works closely with business development and global account management team to enhance SIRVA destination services.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree and Shanghai & Beijing Real Estate licenses.

She has extensive expereience of both internatoinal assignees and local hired foreigners on global compensation management, individual income tax compliance, immigration compliance, tax efficiency, social insurance solutions, offshore payment between LEs, permanent transfer, localiztion, etc. She is a expert on mobility and has the passion to continously drive mobility process excellence and the effectiveness of mobility related products.

To focus on customer needs Elena has been working out some new product based on orginzation needs, such as tax effeciency program, rehire of foreign retires, internship hiring. Meanwhile she also palying an important role for international assignment digitalization journey. She is in the steering committee at E-AID (Assignment Initiation Digitalization) at Covestro and has been working on digitalization of international assignment initiation and IA reimbursement to continuously drive efficient mobility solutions.

Benjamin Lee has international education in his blood. His great-grandfather was among the first 120 Chinese students sent to the United States to study in the 1870s, and Ben’s first visit to China was in 1984. After graduating from Yale University in 1992, he returned to China to teach at Central China Normal University in Wuhan. Following that initial three year stint in Asia, Ben returned to the US and worked in high schools, first becoming an administrator in 2007. Shanghai American School Pudong is his third principalship; he’s been there since 2016.

In this role, she was responsible for managing a team of Destination Consultants delivering services to clients in the Petrochemical, Automotive, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and IT industries. She owned both service delivery and account management within her portfolio. She was also responsible for building a high-performance Visa & Immigration Team in China.

Echo is Director, Global Account Management for SIRVA Relocation Asia Pacific. She has overall strategic and operational responsibilities for accounts in the region inclusive of industries like Technology, Engine manufacture, Asset Management, Multinational Aerospace & Transportation and Oil & Gas. Her main objectives are to forge strong client relationships and to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.

Her most recent position was Country Director for SIRVA Relocation China. She was responsible for overseeing the delivery of Destination Services, Immigration, Real Estate, Tenancy Management and Expense Management. During her time in this role she supported client onboarding with transition volume 500+. She collaborated with departments like finance to design expense management processes. She was also appointed to deliver in-house training programmes to the business development team.

Echo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Associate degree in Japanese. She loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and eat lots of yummy food.
