Lauren Xiong

Coach, Own the room


An experienced educator and coach, Lauren believes in the power of lifelong learning. Growing up and working in China, she always embraced the challenges alongside the development of the country.


With a Master's degree in education and as an MBA candidate, Lauren also has 15-year background in training. She has delivered training for clients in different countries (including APAC, America, Australia and Europe) and various industries (including sales, tech, pharma, healthcare, finance, retail, and Entertainment).


Lauren also worked as an associate team leader in a prestigious training school while serving for a world-class training company in America part time.


Lauren is good at creating tailor-made materials for a variety of customer needs. She is specialized in corporate training by delivering presentation, communication, sales, influencing, leadership skills, etc.

Zarko Krkeljas

Athletic Director, Duke Kunshan University


Zarko is the Athletic Director and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Duke Kunshan University. Over the last 20 years, Zarko held variety of positions in the USA, South Korea, and South Africa, building sport performance programs, and bridging gaps between sport industry and education. Leveraging his global experience Zarko is currently overseeing the development of Athletics Program at Duke Kunshan University including building of sport facilities and ensuring programs' strategic alignment with US and China departments of education. As such, Duke Kunshan Athletics aims to become a platform for integrating educational programs and opportunities with various sectors of sports, fitness, and wellness industry in China and abroad.

Su Cheng Harris-Simpson

Founder and President, Women Empowerment Council 


Su Cheng has a BA in International Business from the University of Washington, and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University. Since moving to China in 1997, Su Cheng has been actively involved in the Beijing business community, currently serving on the Board of AmCham-China and is the Founding Co-Chair of the AmCham-China Women's Professional Committee. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she was engaged in the corporate arena and held management positions at The Boeing Company, United Technologies Corporation, and The Capital Club in Beijing.


Su Cheng has become a sought out thought leader on the topic of diversity, equity, and inclusion in business. She has been invited to speak at various women's leadership workshops, multinational corporate events, and international conferences. Through sharing her professional journey, Su Cheng hopes to motivate a healthy pipeline of competent and confident women professionals and provide them access to professional development and networking opportunities.

Diane Ho

Partner, Women Empowerment Council


After 30+ years in the corporate world, Diane Ho is a certified coach, and investing her knowledge and experience to coaching executives as well as advancing gender equity as a partner of the Women Empowerment Council.

Her advocacy of women started in her 20's when she led the Los Angeles Chapter of the Organization of Chinese American Women, a national non-profit organization in the USA. Born in Hong Kong, she immigrated to the US when she was four years old, and returned to Hong Kong in 1992. She has lived in China since 1998, and is keen to work and support China as it makes a greater impact on the global stage.

Prior to coaching, she spent 11.5 years in marketing leadership roles at JLL, a leading real estate services company. She worked with business partners in Asia Pacific and Greater China, and was part of the global marketing team. Prior to JLL, she led teams and created innovative programs for Fortune 500 clients as the Managing Director for H&K Strategies in China, and General Manager for Edelman in Shanghai, both leading international PR agencies.

Stella Hu

Chairman, Exxonmobil Chemical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

 

Ms. Hu graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor in ­­­­­­­­­­­Chemistry in 1999 and a Master of Analytical Chemistry in 2002.


Ms. Hu joined ExxonMobil in 2002. After taking on various positions in sales and marketing, Ms. Hu was relocated to Singapore, Asia Pacific headquarter, in 2006, responsible for PE market development and product quality. In 2009, she moved back to Shanghai as Area Sales Manager, China Customer Service Manager and General Manager of ExxonMobil Chemical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In 2014, she was appointed as Vistamaxx Global Product Manager and worked in Singapore.

 

Ms. Hu moved back to Shanghai as Polyolefin Technology Manager and General Manager of ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Research & Development Co., Ltd. in 2017. In 2021, she assumed position as PE North Asia Sales Manager and Chairman of ExxonMobil Chemical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd..
