Kevin is a Senior Partner of McKinsey, based in our Greater China Office. He is the leader of McKinsey’s Digital Practice in Asia, and the Global co-Leader of McKinsey’s Ecommerce Special Initiative. Kevin primarily focuses on helping leading consumer-facing companies, as well as internet and technology leaders, develop competitive strategies and innovative operating models, enabled by digital technology.

Kevin is the author of a new report on the future of digital innovation in China. He leads McKinsey’s annual research into digital consumer behavior in China, and is the co-author of the McKinsey Global Institute’s landmark study of China’s digital economy. Kevin publishes regularly on technology topics in leading English and Chinese-language publications.

Kevin earned an MBA with distinction from INSEAD, and a B.E. in Communication Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Prior to sales, Cici led over 20 year career in Australia, China and the United States in variety of human resources roles including Executive Search, Recruitment, Leadership Development and overall HR leadership roles. Cici was executive sponsor for Intel China Board of Diversity and Inclusion.

Cici holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney. She is also a certified Hudson coach.

Aiken Yuen has been with Yum China for 15 years since 2008, currently serving as a Senior Advisor. He was formerly Chief People Officer of Yum China responsible for people strategy, culture building and organization transformation for the Company with over 400,000 employees in 1,900 cities.

Mr. Yuen has been engaged in training & development, organizational development and human resource technology for 30 years since 1990s. Prior to joining Yum China in 2008, he served in senior HR management positions at American International Group (AIG) in Hong Kong from 1998 to 2009. His last position at AIG was Vice President, Human Resources of AIA, AIG’s life insurance business unit for South East Asia. He was responsible for overall human resources strategy formulation and execution for AIA’s Head Office in Hong Kong and its operations in six Asian countries. Curtis Baker is the Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and Employee Experience, Asia Pacific . In this combined role, Curtis is responsible for driving and implementing the Inclusion & Diversity + Employee Experience strategy and providing expertise, consultation and support to business, functional, and ERG leaders and EX change champions in the region. Collaborating with the businesses and functions on inclusion and employee experience interventions that lead to measurable results and long-term culture change, he also manages relationship support for I&D + EX partnerships and represent Dow externally consistent with the region’s outreach and thought leadership initiatives.

Curtis obtained a B.A. in Public Relations from Murray State University, KY. After a 7-year career in the music industry in Nashville, TN, he relocated to Orlando, FL shifting careers to private education through the admissions teams and international student programs. In 2013, ready for a new adventure, Curtis relocated to China to work with The Walt Disney Company China within the HR Talent Acquisition team.

His diversity and inclusion journey started as Curtis was the founder of the DisneyPRIDE Greater China (LGBTQ+ ERG) at both The Walt Disney Company Greater China and at Shanghai Disneyland Resort while also an active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Team for North Asia. This was the first ERG for Disney in the Asia Pacific region. He later moved to Shanghai Disney Resort as the Diversity & Inclusion lead prior to joining Dow.

Curtis previously served on the ShanghaiPRIDE Executive Leadership team for three years helping to launch the first Out & Equal Roundtable in China in 2018 and continues to serve on the Out & Equal China Business Council. He holds a Diversity and Inclusion for HR certification from Cornell University. Curtis has been living in China for the past 9 years and finds the Asia Pacific region his new home.
