Cancellation Policy:
A refund of the amount paid, minus a RMB 100 administrative fee per person, will be given for all cancellations received via email by Wednesday, September 2. No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received after Wednesday, September 2.
Additionally, if the Marketing Conference must be canceled due to government restrictions, AmCham Shanghai will issue full refunds to all attendees.
Definition of a Member: You are personally registered as a member and hold a membership card.
Definition of a Member Company Employee: You are not personally registered as a member of AmCham Shanghai and you do not hold a membership card but your company is a registered AmCham Corporate member.
