2019 Women's Executive Network (WEN) Conference Sponsorship

AmCham Shanghai is accepting sponsorships from companies interested in promoting their commitment to female leadership and diversity in the workplace by supporting the Women's Executive Network (WEN) 4th Annual Conference WeForShe: Driving Change on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  

Our previous conferences have focused on the business case for greater diversity, the drivers and challenges around improving gender diversity and looking broader, beyond the numbers, at the softer side and roles everyone plays.

With the groundswell of support for women in 2018 and the wind at our backs, we need to make the most of this momentum. Seeing more women in positions of power, Hearing more female voices in leadership dialogues and Being role models for those who come behind us are what will allow us to continue to drive change. Join us as we explore how to modernize the portrayal of women in the media, how to provide more space for women to be heard and how to lead in male-centric industries to inspire others to follow.

This signature event will also offer afternoon workshops around a range of topics to support women of all levels to progress onward and upward.

Last year's conference gathered over 300+ attendees who showed their support for greater gender diversity, inclusion and the advancement of women to the ranks of senior leadership. 

About WEN

WEN provides senior female executive members of AmCham Shanghai with opportunities to connect with peers across industries and share relevant information through monthly programming including informal peer networking sessions, board-level skills training and executive coaching.

WEN members include over 400 C-suite executives, presidents, vice-presidents, partners and managing directors from a broad variety of industries within AmCham Shanghai's business community.

The goal of WEN is to:                                                                                  

• Create a community of women in top business leadership positions
• Engage men and women in senior levels to support leadership diversity
• Provide a platform for development for executive women
• Raise visibility of senior level executive women within and beyond the AmCham Shanghai business community
