Suzhou 2023 Women's Leadership Conference

Join AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center's first Annual Women's Leadership Conference on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Intercontinental Suzhou. The event will be both in Chinese and English.

The 2023 Women's Leadership Conference gathers outstanding female leaders and business professionals. The theme of the conference will focus on how to manage into the future and driving ESG impact and value.

The conference will feature inspirational keynotes and a panel for leaders to share their views on ESG. There will be plenty of networking and learning opportunities to connect with like-minded business and industry professionals. You will:

• learn about best practices for workplace equality and diversity
• improve personal and team performance and innovation
• seek advice for career development and advancement
• discuss potential solutions to current ESG issues

This forum will end with the #IamRemarkable workshop that supports women and men at all levels. The 90-minute workshop is a Google initiative that will offer topics on self-promotion in your personal and professional life, tools to develop leadership skills, and acknowledging your remarkable attributes and expressing your achievements.

Everyone is welcome! This is a conference for anyone who supports diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace. The sessions will use Chinese and English. (活动语言为中文及英文。)
