Yu Wei, President, Shanghai Academy of China Health Innovation Platform (CHIP Academy), executive member of administrative board of China Health Economics Association, and member of editing board in journals of China Health Policy Research, China Health Economics, and China Health, independent board member of Tellgen Corporation.

Before becoming President at CHIP Academy in 2019, he was Professor and Dean, College of Public Economics and Administration, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He served as a member of Consulting Committee at China Health System Reform Office, Department of State. He was also a health economist in the Health Economics Resource Center, Department of Veterans Affairs, Palo Alto Health Care System, and fellow/associate at the Stanford Center for Health Policy, Stanford University.

His research specializes in health economics and policy analysis, focusing on health insurance payment methods, cost effective analysis, hospital performance evaluation. He published over 80 articles in China and oversea journals, including Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) and China Social Science. He obtained B.D. in Electric Engineering at East China University, MA and Ph.D. in Economics at Clemson University, USA. He completed post-doc training at Boston University.


俞卫,上海创奇健康发展研究院执行院长、中国卫生经济学会常务理事、 《中国卫生政策研究》、《中国卫生经济》、《中国卫生》编委,透景生命科技有限公司独立董事。曾任上海财经大学公共经济与管理学院教授、院长,国务院医改办政策咨询委员会委员,美国波士顿大学医学院助教授,美国联邦退役军人医疗系统卫生经济资源中心和斯坦福大学卫生政策中心研究员。 主要研究领域包括卫生经济与政策分析、医疗保险支付方式、成本效益分析、医院管理与绩效评估,在中外期刊发表论文80余篇,包括美国医学会期刊《JAMA》和《中国社会科学》等权威期刊。他于1982年获上海华东纺织工学院电气自动化学士学位,1988和1992年分别获得美国克莱姆森大学经济学硕士和博士学位,1994-96年在波士顿大学完成卫生经济学博士后研究。

Anita Wei is currently the VP for Government Affairs at Danaher China.

Before this role, she was the Senior Director Public Affairs & Communications for BD Greater China and Head of Communications for Novartis Pharma Greater China.

Anita obtained her bachelor’s degree in economics from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and her Master Degree in Marketing and Communications from University of Sydney.

Eric Zheng became the President of AmCham Shanghai in 2022. He has been involved in the Chamber for over 15 years as a member, committee leader, Board member, Board treasurer, Board secretary, and Board vice chair, and Board chair (2018 and 2019).

Eric brings a unique combination of private and public sector experiences to the presidency. He worked in management consulting with PwC in the U.S. and later served for the U.S. Department of Commerce as the principal commercial officer at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou. Eric had a long career with AIG in Greater China and held a series of positions that culminated in his service as CEO of AIG China. He then chaired the board of Heng An Standard Life Insurance Company.

In volunteer roles, Eric serves as the Greater China regional chair of the Committee of 100 and as a board director of Shanghai Make-A-Wish Charity Foundation. The Shanghai municipal government has granted Eric its Magnolia Gold Award in recognition of his significant contributions to the city. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Helen Chen is Global Sector Co-Head for Healthcare and a Greater China Managing Partner of L.E.K. Consulting based in Shanghai. Helen was a member of L.E.K.’s Global Leadership Team from 2012 to 2016. She is also a Director of the firm’s Asia-Pacific Life Sciences Centre of Excellence. Helen was named one of Consulting magazine’s Global Leaders in Consulting in 2019.
Helen has over 30 years of consulting and industry experience in the U.S. and Asia markets and has lived in China since 2000. For companies anchored in China, Helen advises on their drive to innovation and globalization. Helen is a frequent speaker and author on the opportunities and issues in China’s healthcare and life sciences sectors. Her expert commentary has appeared in Bloomberg, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes Asia and the South China Morning Post, and in several industry publications, including BioCentury, In Vivo, Script and BioWorld.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Helen held senior management roles at several technology companies in the U.S. and China, including at Genentech (now Roche) and Abbott Laboratories (now Abbvie). Helen has an honors B.A. degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.

Dr Zhang Guoxiong is the Managing Director of Deloitte China's Economic Advisory Service He has
rich economic research experience in academia, international institutions and business consulting,
and has provided macroeconomic and strategic advice to the C level executives of more than 100
multinational companies, including dozens of Fortune 500 companies At Deloitte China, Dr Zhang
provides macroeconomic and policy advice to senior executives of foreign and local companies, and
helps multinational companies localize in the Chinese market and Chinese companies expand their
global business.

Previously, Dr Zhang was Shanghai Director and China Research Head of The Economist Corporate
Network Before joining The Economist Group, Dr Zhang was an Assistant Professor of Economics at
Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Visiting Scholar
at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University During his doctoral studies, Dr
Zhang also worked as a summer intern economist at the Asian Development Bank Dr Zhang has
directed and led a number of national research projects, and his research papers have been
presented at several international academic and policy conferences, and some of them have been
published in top academic journals Dr Zhang taught macroeconomics and finance at the
undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Zhang Guoxiong graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Ph D in Economics and a
Master's degree in Statistics Dr Zhang also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Zhejiang
University

Roberto Lee Jr., has many years of years experience in healthcare in China in national and local distribution, importation, 3PL, market access, e-commerce, direct to patient retail pharmacy, in both pharmaceuticals and medical device.

Prior to EVERSANA, Roberto was head of the Cardinal Health China business after the acquisition by Shanghai Pharmaceuticals, Cardinal Health China was the 7th largest distributor in China with over +30 Billion RMB in sales and one of the largest importer of healthcare products, from pharmaceuticals and medical device with a throughput of over +70 Billion RMB. He was with Cardinal Health China for over +8 years and was the Chief Commercial Officer before the acquisition by SPH in 2018 managing all the BU’s at Cardinal Health China (National Pharmaceutical Distribution, National Medical Device Distribution, E Commerce, DTP pharmacies, and Broad Market Sales Team.)

Jack Wang is currently Vice President of Vision Care Asia Pacific and China Managing Director at Bausch+ Lomb.

Jack has more than 20 years of experience in both the healthcare and consumer goods industries, serving in a variety of leadership roles across different organizations. Jack served as Executive Vice President at Medela, a leading company specializing in medical vacuum technology and breastfeeding solutions. He successfully developed Medela's Greater China business. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Cardinal Health China, where he led the growth of the specialty pharmacy and commercial technology business and integrated other innovative business units.

Earlier in his career, Jack was Vice President of the Partner Service Group at Expedia Group's eLong.com. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Procter & Gamble China, culminating in his role as Market Manager responsible for leading a large sales organization and Trade Marketing Leader in the Skincare category.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Fluid Machinery and a Bachelor of Arts in Editing from Tsinghua University, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School.
