Helena Zhang

Before serving in JunHe LLP since 2014, Ms. Zhang practiced as a senior associate at AllBright Law Offices and in the International Legal Department, Dacheng Law Firm (Shanghai). She also worked as a Partner in Shanghai Shen Hua Law Firm. She joined Shen Hua in 2003 and was promoted to partner in 2008. She was admitted to All China Bar Association in 2004 and New York State Bar in 2012.
During her ten-year practice, Ms. Zhang supported numerous clients in litigation and arbitration cases, and also worked as legal counsel for many Fortune 500 multinational companies including AkzoNobel Management (Shanghai), China Hewlett-Packard Company, and Lufthansa German Airlines. She helped the clients dealing their everyday legal matters, labor disputes, trademark issues, and commercial contract matters. In 2007 Ms. Zhang worked briefly in Mallesons Stephen Jaques Hong Kong Office.
Prior to her legal practice, Ms. Zhang was a headhunter in human resource business and then a trademark agent which both benefited her with more experiences in the commercial field.
