Jiang Nanqing has a Ph.D. in Ecology and graduated from Beijing Normal University. She did her research in the Netherlands, Japan, Israel, and Kenya as Postdoc and research scientist. She has expertise in environment and sustainable development. She was the senior program officer of INBAR from 2007-2008 and worked at UNEP China Office from 2008-2018.

Jiang worked as the Secretary General of the China Plastic Reuse and Recycling Association from 2018-2019. She was the consultant for plastic projects of the World Bank, ADB, EU, WWF, UNICEF-UNDP, and UN Global Compact. From 2020, she works in the area of circular economy and carbon reduction including plastic recycling, and in 2022 She set up the Committee of Green Circular Economy of the All-China Environment Federation (CGCI-ACEF) and served as the Secretary-General.

Jiang set up the Institute of Circular Economy and Carbon Neutral as the director. She is a board member of the P&G Sustainable Development Advisory Board, Alibaba Carbon Neutral Expert Committee, Beike Charity Foundation, Meituan Green Mountain Plan Advisory Committee, China UN Association, and Carbon Sequestration Committee advisor of Yunnan Puer City. She is a visiting professor at the Carbon Neutral Research Institute of Sichuan Tourism College.

Jiang is dedicated to ESG, coupled with a circular economy and carbon reduction from the consumption side. She made a series of standards for carbon reduction of individual behaviors, covering plastic recycling, food waste, and green transportation. She also writes for major Chinese newspapers and TV commentators as a KOL.

2018-2019年，她担任中国合成树脂协会塑料循环再生专委会秘书长，并作为世界银行，亚洲开发银行，欧盟，WWF，联合国儿基会-联合国开发计划署，联合国全球契约等塑料项目顾问专家。2019年至今从事循环经济和碳减排工作包括塑料再生。2020年她创建中华环保联合会绿色循环普惠专委会并担任秘书长，2023年她创立青合新碳循环经济与碳中和产业化研究院担任院长。

她现担任宝洁全球和中国可持续发展委员会委员，阿里巴巴集团碳中和专家委员会委员，贝壳公益基金会理事，美团青山计划顾问委员会委员。CGF全球消费品论坛中国顾问，四川旅游学院碳中和研究院研究员，普洱市政府碳汇专班顾问，中国联合国协会会员。
她专注于企业ESG与消费端循环经济和碳减排挂钩的工作。制定系列个人行为碳减排标准， 涵盖塑料再生、食物浪费、节电节纸、绿色出行等方面。她还为多家主流媒体写文章，推动政策层面的建议。

Deborah Seligsohn is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Villanova University, an Associate at the Center for the Study of Contemporary China at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Her research focuses on Chinese politics, US-China relations, and public health, energy, and environmental politics in China and India. Prior to receiving her Ph.D. in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of California San Diego in 2018, she worked in both the NGO and government sectors on public health, science, climate, and the environment. From 2003 to 2007 she served as the Environment, Science, Technology and Health Counselor at the US Embassy in Beijing, and then from 2007 to 2012 she served as the Beijing-based Principal Advisor to the World Resources Institute’s China Energy and Climate Program. In addition to publishing in academic journals, her writing has appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Financial Times, Foreign Policy, and the South China Morning Post among other publications.

Andrew Chang is an international clean energy marketing expert and program designer who promotes clean energy innovation and China-California cross-border communications. Currently, Andrew supports the global development of New Energy Nexus with a particular focus on China and two specific sectors - Climate Fintech and EV & Battery, partnering with Tsinghua Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, Barclays, LG Energy Solution (LGES), Hyundai Kia, Southern Asset Management, etc. Prior to New Energy Nexus, Andrew was Marketing Manager for Sungevity, a rooftop solar company in Oakland. He was also the Project Lead for Powerhouse. He has helped Powerhouse quickly become the nation’s leader in fostering solar innovation and entrepreneurship by hosting annual Solar Hackathons in Silicon Valley, launching Australia’s first Solar Hackathon, leading international competitions, and designing the accelerator program for solar startups. Andrew is the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) of the UCLA-NUS program, and the co-host of China Cleantech Podcast, which introduces China's clean technology innovation and innovators overseas through podcasts. It has aired for 4 seasons now.
