AmCham Shanghai's Human Resources Committee invites you to join us for our HR Industry Day 2021 on Tuesday, August 24 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the JW Marriott Hotel Tomorrow Square Shanghai.
A fast-changing and competitive business environment is propelling companies to rethink their organizational cultures and accelerate their transformations to win in the China market. How can HR leaders play a central role in driving this transformation and delivering value for business success? Meanwhile, technological evolution, generational shifts and social changes will fundamentally shape the future of work—how can HR look ahead to actively prepare their organizations to succeed in the future?

This conference is organized with the support of AmCham Shanghai's Human Resources Committee, which provides a forum for members who are responsible for managing human resource issues. The committee works to exchange information related to human resource concerns in the Shanghai region in a confidential setting. The committee also strives to provide information and networking opportunities for all AmCham Shanghai members who have an interest in human resource issues, from in-house HR practitioners to executive coaches, headhunters and other HR-related services.
