Deng Xiaoyu is a seasoned professional with internationalized views with over two decades of experience in Government & Public Affairs in multi-national companies, deep understanding of MNC’s operation and hit-to-key skills from a variety of key projects and growth plans.

Deng Xiaoyu was Government & Public Affairs Director, INVISTA China from 2005 to 2016. She was in full charge of Government Affairs, Public Affairs and involved in all important projects from greenfield, projects of M&A, business spin-off as well as several relevant investment and industry policies lobbying. Prior to INVISTA, she was Government & Public Affairs Manager, Syngenta China. Her first job with MNC was as Administrative Manager, Novartis.

Xiaoyu earned her MBA from Fudan-BI Norwegian Management School and Master of Change Management.

邓小玉女士曾任职于多家全球知名跨国公司担任不同岗位，拥有超过 20年的制药业和化工行业行政管理、政府事务和公共事务经验。她早先任 职于诺华植物保护担任行政经理，之后加入先正达中国担任政府和公共事 务经理，从此在该领域不断提升发展。 2005年，邓小玉女士加入英威达中国担任政府事务和公共事务总监， 全面参与管理公司在华相关事务。自此，她全程参与了公司所有重要项目， 包括工厂新建、收购与合并、业务拆分等。期间，她还兼管对外宣传、企 业社会责任等公共事务直至退休。 邓小玉女士拥有丰富跨国公司经验, 熟悉化工行业战略业务项目实操, 是政府事务和公共事务领域的专家人士。 邓小玉女士拥有复旦-挪威管理学院MBA学位及变化管理研究生学位。

Su Wen is a unique talent boasting for her over 30 year’s experiences with both China government and MNC in China. In 1987, Su Wen started her career in Foreign Economy & Trade Commission of Yingkou City. She was soon promoted as Deputy Director in charge of investment attraction. During her terms, she successful attracted a great number of joint venture projects, which contributed to the local economic development.
In 2002, Su Wen joined Dow Corning Shanghai as Government Affairs Manager. She successfully facilitated and implemented its USD 2B investment in China by also providing effective solutions on issues including land, energy, environment evaluation, and safety evaluation & permit. In 2009, she was honorably promoted as Vice President, Government Affairs and became a member of China management team.
Su Wen earned her MBA from Roosevelt University, USA and EMBA from Montreal University, Canada.

苏文女士曾任职于中国政府机构和全球知名跨国企业在华分支，拥有超过30年的丰富职业经历。1987年开始，她历任辽宁省营口市外经贸委副处长、处长，之后升任营口市外经贸委副主任主管当地招商引资工作。其间，她参与并促成了当地多个中外合资项目，促进了本地对外经济的发展。
2002年，苏文女士履新美国道康宁上海政府事务经理，开启了外企职业发展之路。任职期间，她成功促成了道康宁在华20亿美元新项目的投资，并有效支持、协调了项目推进过程中关于土地、能源、环评、安评许可等复杂问题。2009年，因该项目的成功推进和落实，她被提升为公司政府事务副总裁，成为大中华区管理团队成员。
苏文女士深谙政府机构及外资企业运行机制，是拥有国际化视野及战略思考能力、擅长政府事务的资深人士。
苏文女士拥有美国罗斯福大学MBA学位和加拿大蒙特利尔大学EMBA学位。
