2022 AmCham Shanghai HR Conference: Build a Purpose-Driven Organization

AmCham Shanghai Human Resources Committee invites you to join our annual signature HR conference on Thursday, Sep 22, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at Conrad Shanghai.

The importance of building a purpose-driven workplace and aligning employees' values with their companies' values is even more important in an uncertain world. This year, the AmCham Shanghai HR conference will focus on purpose-driven workplaces and approach the subject from different perspectives.

The conference will include keynote speeches, presentations and roundtable discussions. Bill Burnett, coauthor of Designing Your Life, the Executive Director of the Product Design Program, and Paul Marca, Principal at Parallax Global Advisors, LLC and former Associate Vice Provost at Stanford University will make the keynote speech about a new world of talent management (via Zoom).

This conference is organized with the support of AmCham Shanghai's Human Resources Committee, which provides a forum for members who are responsible for managing human resource issues. The committee works to exchange information related to human resource concerns in the Shanghai region in a confidential setting. The committee also strives to provide information and networking opportunities for all AmCham Shanghai members who have an interest in human resource issues, from in-house HR practitioners to executive coaches, headhunters and other HR-related services.
