Tong Ling is currently CHO of OYO Hotel. Prior to working this job, he was also General Manager of HR at Wanda Culture Group, Vice President and CHO at SF Express Co., Ltd, VP of HR at Dianping, HR director at IBM Greater China and VP of HR at AstraZeneca. Tony Ling has over 20 years' experience in HR management. Him and his team were awarded the Prize of Best HR Manager by "China Staff" several times and he has also won HRoot's Magazine "Top 10 HR Managers of the Year" award twice.


Tony Ling is also the Committee Chair for Human Resources at AmCham Shanghai.


Todd Wilcox is Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited ("HSBC China"). Mr. Wilcox joined HSBC in Canada in 2005 to expand the Group's operations in western Canada.


Before moving to Asia, he was also Head of Retail, Marketing and Public Affairs for HSBC Bermuda. Mr. Wilcox became Chief Operating Officer for the Risk function in the Asia Pacific in 2011, overseeing the function for 11 markets in the region. Mr. Wilcox was appointed Chief Executive Officer Brunei for The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in 2012. He became Head of Remediation Management Office for HSBC China in August 2016.


Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. Wilcox worked for Royal Bank of Canada for 16 years in a wide range of business and functional roles. Mr. Wilcox holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.


Simon Yang started his career with Delphi in 1995 in Warren, Ohio, serving in a number of roles, and was relocated to China in 2003 to start-up Delphi Connection Systems operations in Asia.


In 2008, Dr. Yang was appointed Managing Director for Delphi Connection Systems in Asia Pacific, responsible for China, Korea, Japan, India and ASEAN. The connection systems revenue grew exponentially from 2004 to 2017, by 2000 times. He was a key leader in multiple M&A projects including FCI MVL, Unwired and Antaya, and led the team to successful integration of these multimillion dollar acquisitions in Asia. 


In 2014, Dr. Yang was appointed Delphi China President, in addition to his regional leadership role in Delphi Connection Systems. He directed Delphi's overall business in China, including 17 manufacturing sites and 3 technical centers.


On December 5, 2017, with the successful completion of the Powertrain Division spin-off, Delphi officially became Aptiv. Dr. Yang was appointed the President of Aptiv Asia Pacific. He continues his stewardship of relationships with the government and key customers. 


Dr. Yang represents Aptiv Asia Pacific in media communications, government offices and industry organizations. He currently holds key positions with the following:

Dr. Yang earned his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Master of Material Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China's top university. He received his Master's and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Yang also completed the Senior Executive Program, Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He has published 11 research papers in multiple USA and European science and technology journals.


Amanda Zheng is Principal of China Impact Ventures, an impact investment fund dedicated to early-stage energy innovations. Amanda started her career at Morgan Stanley IBD in Hong Kong.


En route to realizing her passion and aspiration to develop China's impact investing eco-system, she served at multiple impact investment organizations and was leading Shell Foundation's first energy incubator in China.


Amanda holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard Kennedy School. She was awarded the 'Future Leader of the Year' by the American Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai in 2018.


Hongfei Zheng brings with her a great combination of strong consulting and commercial industry experience. She is currently Vice President of Strategy and Insights for Greater China and Korea at the Coca-Cola Company where she leads the company's long term strategic plan, digital transformation strategy and consumer insights function.


Prior to Coca-Cola, she headed Cargill Corporate Strategy and Development in Greater China and was a core member of Cargill's China Leadership Committee. She led the team to define Cargill's strategy in China and Cargill's various businesses in APAC - including Cargill China 2022 strategy, Edible Oil business strategy, and Animal Protein New Retail Strategy, etc. She was also the trusted advisor for Cargill Business Unit Leaders, providing practical advices in matters related to strategy, planning, market insights and strategic capabilities.


Before joining Cargill, Hongfei worked for Hilti Ltd. (a leading European construction technology & engineering company). She started as Director of APAC Marketing in 2013 and took lead of Oil & Gas and Chemicals Business Unit in 2015, where she led the team to double its revenue and triple its profit in China within 2 years.


Hongfei also worked for Bain & Company as a Strategy Consultant for over 7 years in China, US and France. She dealt with multinational companies on corporate strategy, growth strategy, operational improvement as well as Merger & Acquisitions.


Hongfei Zheng received her Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China in 2001 and completed her Master at Ecole Centrale de Lyon France in 2003. She returned to Jiao Tong University in 2006 to earn her Masters in International Economics. In 2011, Hongfei completed her MBA at INSEAD, France.


Apart from business, Hongfei enjoyed coaching and people development. She was elected for the finalist of Future Leader Award by the American Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the association to promote women leadership.


Hongfei resides in Shanghai with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys growing flowers, music and traveling with her two princesses for leisure.
