Harry Wang
CEO & Founder of Linear CapitalHuai (Harry) Wang is CEO & Founder of Linear Capital (Linear), a fund with US$230 AUM, specialized in data technology and AI investments. Harry has led investments in 50+ technology companies. He also served as a CEO advisor to Dianping and Baixing. In 2013, Harry published a book, How Facebook was Engineered, which became a best seller in the Internet startup community. He served as Judge for Forbes China 30 under 30 in 2014 and 2013. Prior to co-founding Linear, Harry worked for Facebook in California as an engineering manager and joined Facebook in early 2007 when there were about 100 employees in the company. He earned his MS degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, MS degree in Computer Science/Data Mining from Ohio State University (PhD Quit) and his BS degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University. Harry serves as a founding member of the council for the i-tech school in the Institute of Computing Technology Chinese Academy of Science. Harry is a Fellow of the third class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Harry serves as the first chairman of Future Forum Young Council. He is also selected to the Class 2018 of Young Global Leaders by World Economic Forum.
Zhou Binqi

Dan Wong

As CEO of artificial intelligence startup Rokid, Mr. Wong was one of the earliest industry pioneers to apply AI technology to home use. At Rokid, Mr. Wong brought to market a cutting-edge home AI product that captured numerous industry accolades, including the CES Innovation Award 2016 and 2017. He also has substantial experience driving and implementing digital transformation initiatives at large multinationals like Samsung and Nokia. Mr. Wong is now a mentor and adviser to several startups in the artificial intelligence, converged retail, Industry 4.0, and smart home industries. Mr. Wong holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Materials Science from Stanford University.
Erik Walenza
CEO of IoT ONEErik Walenza is the CEO of IoT ONE, the Co-chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Technology & Innovation Committee, and the Shanghai Director of Startup Grind. As Co-chair of the AmCham Innovation Committee, Erik works with members and partners to develop and exchange best practices for innovation strategy and technology trend mapping and, through Startup Grind, supports the development of Shanghai's innovation ecosystem. Charles Zheng
Director of Engineering at NVIDIA CorporationMr. Charles Zheng is currently Director of VLSI Engineering at NVIDIA China. Mr. Zheng joined NVIDIA at Santa Clara in 2001, and was assigned to build up NVIDIA Shanghai R&D center in 2005. Under his leadership, his team has delivered every generation of GPU and Tegra projects through latest technology nodes, and turned into volume production to serve various market segments, including Gaming, AI, Datacenter, and Autonomous Machines, since 2007. Prior to join NVIDIA, Mr. Zheng worked at Avant! to support EDA software, success in business engagement, and deploy design flow for various customers.
Mr. Charles Zheng has also served as Chairman of CDNLive China Committee since 2015, and Chairman of SNUG China Committee since 2016.
Mr. Charles Zheng received his bachelor and master degree of Physics at Fudan University in 1993, and master degree of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Washington in 1997. He also received his EMBA degree at CEIBS in 2012.
Rong Yu

Richard Wang
Partner at DFJDragon FundHaving joined DFJDragon Fund in 2011, Richard Wang has over 20 years of business development, technical marketing and sales management experience within the technology industry. Prior to DFJDragon Fund, Richard served as QunZhong E-Commerce’s CEO and successfully opened up markets, while developing franchise channels. Prior to QunZhong E-Commerce, he founded OLEA Network with partners in Silicon Valley. The company researched and developed wireless intelligent ECG sensors by using doppler radar technology. He has several technical papers published in IEEE journals. Mr. Wang received his MSEE from National Chiao Tung University in 1995.

Roger Wang
APAC Engineering and Operations 4.0 Director of L’OréalRoger is responsible for engineering and operations excellence at L’Oréal APAC. He leads initiatives across the research to support implementation of L’Oréal’s operations digitalization and Industry 4.0 strategy.
Prior assuming this role, Roger was production manager of L’Oréal’s Yichang plant for six years. The Yichang plant is L’Oréal’s largest make-up production center in Asia-Pacific, with a production capacity exceeding 210 million products annually. The Yichang plant has also reduced energy consumption by 33% over the prior 10 years, achieved LEED Gold certification, and reached carbon neutrality while switching to 100% renewable electricity.
Carl Breau
CEO of Shanghai Saimen Business Consulting Co.Ltd.Carl Breau is a Canadian engineer based in Shanghai and is the CEO of Saimen Group, a group of seven Chinese registered companies active in the manufacturing and entertainment sectors.
Carl holds a master’s degree in Engineering, is a UCLA Certified Board Member and has over 10 years of direct China management experience in Multinational companies. He has also worked in senior management positions in SMEs and stock traded companies in North America and Europe.
He speaks fluent mandarin and is a frequent speaker and university lecturer on the topic of doing business in China. His expertise is China business and operations.
Carl Breau was awarded the Exceptional Achievement Medal from the Canadian Council of Engineers in 1999.
Carly Ramsey
Director, Northeast Asia of Control RisksCarly Ramsey is a regulatory risk specialist and associate director at Control Risks, where she leads much of the company's Asia-Pacific government affairs, government relations, and stakeholder engagement advisory projects. She has more than a decade of experience in China advising multinationals on how to engage with the government to mitigate the commercial impact of growth-restricting policies.
Prior to joining Control Risks, Carly was an Associate Director with APCO Worldwide. Her comments on China’s political developments have appeared in major media outlets, including the Financial Times and Wall Street Journal. She has a master’s degree in foreign policy and international security from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario.

Paul Mozur
