Tour #2 Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park Innovation Center:

Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park Innovation Centerwas solely invested and run by Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park Development Corporation. As a business incubator, Innovation Center has committed itself to cultivating and supporting technology-intensive enterprises and promoting commercialization, industrialization and internationalization of scientific and technological achievements.

Ctrip.com International Ltd. (CTRP) was founded in 1999 in Shanghai, China. It is the largest online travel company and a leading "one-stop travel solution" service provider. Ctrip provides more than 250 million registered members with a full range of travel services, including hotel reservation, flight ticket booking, holiday travels, corporate travel management and travel guide community. Ctrip owns multiple well-known brands including Qunar, Skyscanner, elong and Tujia and has established branch offices in 17 cities at home with more than 37,000 employees.

Ctrip was listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange on December 9, 2003, and has become the world's second largest online travel company, with a market value of nearly USD30 billion. Ctrip has four business units, i.e., accommodation, traffic ticketing, holiday travel and corporate travel management, of which the proportion in revenue is 37%, 45%, 12% and 3% respectively in 2016. The latest financial report shows that Ctrip's total revenue in Q1 2017 was 6.1 billion yuan, with a growth of 46% YOY, while the operating profit is 414 million yuan with an operating profit margin of 7%.
