She is now in Regulatory Affairs Asia Pacific at Tate & Lyle. The job’s internal focus remains the same while the external focus has expanded to include CFDA.

In nearly 6 years, she trained a professional product safety team and set up a compliance management system to manage product compliance and internal compliance audit for all 9 plants. Susan provides professional advice to CFSA and CIQ experts. She has a seat in the food contact expert committee initiated by Shanghai Quality Bureau as well as China Food Industry Association’s food contact committee. She is now the Senior Food Safety Leader for Greater China and Asia Pacific at Ecolab Group.

His other roles include: Leader of IFS Asia office, Auditor of IFS integrity program, Part-time professor of Hefei College, Trainer of SJTU-Bor S. Luh Food Safety Research Center, and Traceability System Evaluation expert at the Ministry of Commerce. He has a Ph.D in Food Science.
