Shirley Gu, currently responsible for North Asia in Vesuvius as HRVP. Before join in Vesuvius, she participated in three start-up projects in China and worked in Gates Corporation as HR Director Asia Pacific. Shirley has over 20 years of HR experience from regional to global responsibilities in executive search, leadership development, organization restructuring, union relationship. Shirley holds a diploma degree in Human Resource in DSE Germany and accomplished her MBA in China University of Science and Technology.
Wilson Wang, General Manager for Caterpillar Suzhou Co. Ltd. (CSCL), is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of CSCL operations, as well as driving synergies and operation improvements to support Caterpillar’s Win in China strategy.
Wilson joined Caterpillar from Atlas Copco China where he served as General Manager responsible for the overall management and business development for three Atlas Copco manufacturing facilities in China from 2004 to 2014. Wilson previously worked for Caterpillar from 1994 to 2004, assuming various responsibilities such as purchasing and logistics, government affairs and facility management. After 10 years at CAT and 10 years at Atlas Copco, Wilson came back to Caterpillar to become the General Manager of CSCL in March 2014.
Wilson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Shandong Mining College in 1983 an obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from the China Europe International Business School Executive MBA program in 1999.
Joy Zhang has been the HR Director of Talent Acquisition & Development, PPG Asia Pacific for the last four years. She is responsible for strategic hiring, training, leadership development, succession management, and employee engagement. Prior to that, She was HRBP for the 2 SBU’s of PPG Asia Pacific. She has been with PPG for almost 12 years.
