President at iLink SpaceDr. Li has over 30 years of computer and communications experience. Currently, Dr. Li is the President of iLink Space, a High-Tech based Accelerated Incubator located at Pukou, Nanjing. Prior, he was the Dean Zingy International Education Institute for Entrepreneurship and also serves as the President of the newly formed Nanjing iLink Incubator. Prior to that, he was the Executive Dean of the Global Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Nanjing University, which he joined in June 2011. The mission of the Institute is to facilitate the creation of an environment favorable for the growth of 21st century innovative professionals and the
transformation of SMEs into high value-added knowledge-based enterprises as well. In this role, he has established two major areas for the development; Education / Training on innovation & Entrepreneurship, Technology Transfer and Technology based startups incubator.
During year 2007-2009, Dr. Li was the CKO & CTO of Symbio Systems Inc. where he was in charge of the knowledge Management strategy, Technology development strategy and roadmap. Prior to that, He was president of eTelligent Inc., a consultant company based in Chicago. Dr. Li joined ARBROS Communications and Technologies in December 1999, where he served as CTO and Sr. Vice President of Technology. He led the effort defining, architecting many modern communication infrastructure such as a SONET-based Optical
Network and Softswitch-based Internet access network, Prior to that, he was a senior technical manager in Bell Labs (later known as Lucent Technologies), which he joined in 1980. During his 19 years with Lucent, Li has been involved in many major corporate projects. Before joining Lucent, Li was a software engineer in Bendix Corporation.

此前，他曾担任Zingy国际创业教育研究院院长，在此之前，他曾任南京大学全球创新与创业研究所行政院长，2011年6月加入。研究所的使命是促进创建有利于21世纪创新人才的成长环境，使中小企业转型为高附加值知识型企业。在这个角色中，他已经建立了两个发展领域：教育/培训创新创业，技术转移和技术型创业公司孵化器。
