Steven focuses on the application of integrating technology, data, and content to form innovative business solutions for different categories of clients. Currently, Steven is the Senior Advisor at McKinsey, specializing in the Chinese Internet Ecosystem, digital transformation, marketing /advertising, new
retail and eCommerce Steven has done a lot of McKinsey projects that cover different categories of clients from all over the world. Steven is also regularly interviewed by various investment institutes regarding ecosystem advertising and business practice of the China internet industry.

In past one year, Dragon has led the China Häagen-Dazs Shop team to undertake shop organization transformation to drive business growth with sales turnaround 30% increase and margin achievement. He revitalized the team and brand image by building credibility, modernizing brand experience and brand rejuvenate, organization optimization, operating with agility and efficiency, talent development to respond and leverage the shifting consumer trend and channels landscape, unleash brand power to accelerate the growth of Häagen-Dazs business by Omni-Channel development in China.

Meanwhile, Dragon led the shop team is recognized as “GMI Global Champion” Award and he was awarded the “Engagement Leader” in GMI Global in 2021.

Dragon has over 20 years of management working experience in shop business strategic planning and branding management in various MNCs in F&B and Retail in China and across Asia, served as key leadership roles at YUM, NIKE, SWAROVSKI, PANDORA, etc., for the establishment and expanding of the brand in China market as the outstanding contributions.

Prior to joining General Mills, he served as Vice President of Sales in PANDORA China where he was responsible for Omni-channel including retail and wholesale in more than 200 shops, across 80 cities to expand China business development to achieve double-digit annual growth.

Previously, he worked as Sales Director in SWAROVSKI China, creating a daily sales revenue of RMB 50M globally. During the journey of NIKE as the Sales Operations Director in Greater
China, he promoted operations digital transformation successfully for team capability and efficiency improvement which covered 6000 employees.

He started his career from YUM China and was responsible for KFC shop business management and branding development for 13 years, especially with rich experience in shop network planning, organization optimization, and efficiency improvement, shop talent development to achieve the
business expansion and profit achievement.

Simon Williamson has a long-standing 29-year career in retail across fast fashion, luxury, jewelry & watches, and Outlet.

Simon currently holds the position of Chief Merchant at Value Retail - China. Responsible for the retail, merchandising, marketing, hospitality, and visual merchandising of the Villages in China with a focus on delivering a best-in-class service for Value Retails’ brand partners and consumers and ultimately the in-store guest experience in the Villages.

Simons's early career was spent in retail operations, merchandising, with Esprit spending time in Europe and living in Hong Kong. From there he joined Tommy Hilfiger as European Retail Director working alongside the principal shareholders in developing a retail & flagship store network in Europe and the Middle East. In 2001 he joined Garrard & Co. as Managing Director and was instrumental in the rebranding of this heritage brand, expanding its commercial operations across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Hong Kong, and the United States. In 2006 he joined Leviev, the upscale jewelers as Managing Director. In 2008 he joined Value Retail as Group Retail Director.

Simon has a degree in Hotel Management & Gastronomy from Middlesex University and resides between London and Shanghai.

He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University, where he also studied at the internationally recognized Rural Studio and in Mexico City. Jason worked as a design manager on Nike Shanghai headquarters and Hitachi Distribution Center in China before co-founding STUDIO DOHO in 2015.

Jason is also an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Shanghai Chapter, where he serves as the 2019 Treasurer.

Andrea Fenn (CEO of Adiacent China)

He has lived 15 years in China, whose majority he spent working with the country’s evolving digital landscape. Prior to Adiacent, he was a founding member of the APAC social media team at Ogilvy, a researcher of Chinese social media at Leiden University, and a journalist for CNN and China Daily.

A regular member of the Campaign Asia Digital A-List, he speaks at public events, business schools and management trainings globally. He is an Effie Asia jury member and content consultant and trainer at the Alibaba Global Ecommerce Talent program among others.

Andrea was born in Prato, Italy is an Italian-British dual-national, and is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.

Eric Zheng is the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai since 2022. Eric is well known to AmCham Shanghai. He has been involved in the Chamber for over 15 years as a member, committee leader, Board member, Board treasurer, Board secretary, and Board vice chair, and Board chair (2018 and 2019).

Eric brings a unique combination of private and public sector experiences to the presidency. He worked in management consulting with PwC in the U.S. and later served for the U.S. Department of Commerce as the principal commercial officer at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou. Eric had a long career with AIG in Greater China and held a series of positions that culminated in his service as CEO of AIG China. He then chaired the board of Heng An Standard Life Insurance Company.

In volunteer roles, Eric serves as the Greater China regional chair of the Committee of 100 and as a board director of Shanghai Make-A-Wish Charity Foundation. The Shanghai municipal government has granted Eric its Magnolia Gold Award in recognition of his significant contributions to the city. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
