Samantha Zhu

Ms. Dong Ying has been responsible for the establishment of Starr China Investment Platform since 2007 and focused on the healthcare investment fields. Joanne Goh
Head of Business Execution at CitiJoanne Goh is Head of Business Execution for Citi China, based in Shanghai.
In this role, Joanne is responsible for the execution of a wide spectrum of Citi China’s franchise management priorities. She is also focused on strengthening the firm’s risk management as well as legal entity governance.
Prior to assuming her current position, Joanne was the Head of Business Management of Corporate Banking in China, responsible for strategic priorities execution and in-business risk management of Corporates, Financial Institutions, Public Sector, and Global Subsidiaries groups. Before that, she was a China Market Specialist in Securities Services.
Joanne began her career at Citi as a Management Associate in Hong Kong in 2004, where she has held various roles in Operations, Financial Institutions, as well as Asia-Pacific and Hong Kong country Securities Services.

Clark Gao

Clark's path to founding an AI company was anything but linear. After immigrating to Canada at fifteen, he worked as a busboy and sold Christmas trees to put himself through the University of Toronto. It was a neural networks course taught by Geoffrey Hinton, the godfather of deep learning, that changed his trajectory and set him on a decade-long journey in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Clark began his career as a founding team member at InstartLogic in Silicon Valley, building machine learning tools at the frontier of web performance. He went on to lead neural network-driven patient selection at Blackthorn for clinical trials, and later joined LinkedIn as a data scientist. Seeking a deeper understanding of business at the intersection of technology and China's market, Clark pursued an MBA at CEIBS (China Europe International Business School) in Shanghai, during which he built and launched a social audio product amid the pandemic. He subsequently joined Tencent in a business strategy role before founding CREAO in 2024.
