Chen Mu is the Chairman of BigOne Lab, Co-editor of Baiguan News, and Director of Canopy. He is also a guest lecturer at the Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance and a specially appointed expert of Beijing City. He graduated from the University of Virginia.

BigOne Lab is dedicated to developing data products for corporate clients and global institutional investors. It has received over 100 million yuan in investments from  Shanghai International, ZhenFund, CGC, and S&P. BigOne Lab serves hundreds of global investment institutions, consumer brands, and new economy companies, including Sequoia Capital, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Yum China, L'Oreal Paris, Zippos, Didi, Meituan, Genki Forest, and Luckin Coffee.

Mika graduated from the University of the Arts London in 2016 and studied under the renowned artist Camille Walala. She has participated in the design and implementation of several large-scale public artworks that have become city landmarks. After returning to China, she has been involved in the incubation and development of a pioneering lifestyle brand SENSUS LAB and ME ft. WE.
In 2017, she established Fiu Gallery as a co-founder, and in 2020 she founded the naturalistic fragrance brand “groundle” as a co-founder.

Andrea Fenn (Co-CEO of Adiacent China)

Andrea is an award-winning digital strategist and the Co-CEO of Adiacent China, a technology marketing company in Shanghai. Adiacent is part of VAR Group, an Italian-listed digital transformation company with over 2bn EUR in revenue.

He has lived 15 years in China, whose majority he spent working with the country’s evolving digital landscape. Prior to Adiacent, he was a founding member of the APAC social media team at Ogilvy, a researcher of Chinese social media at Leiden University, and a journalist for CNN and China Daily.

A regular member of the Campaign Asia Digital A-List, he speaks at public events, business schools and management trainings globally. He is an Effie Asia jury member and content consultant and trainer at the Alibaba Global Ecommerce Talent program among others.

Andrea was born in Prato, Italy is an Italian-British dual-national, and is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.

As SVP of China Business Innovation & Investment (CBI) for Shiseido, Carol is helping to shape the next phase of transformation for the company. She helps to accelerate the implementation of innovations and new business models to create new beauty businesses as the next growth driver for the group on a global level via both internal incubation of new businesses and external investments into new uprising companies. In June 2022, Carol led the launch of Shiseido’s 1st ingestible beauty brand – InRyu – in the China market. Now serving as the Inner Beauty Division GM, she will also incubate and create a portfolio of inner beauty brands to meet the needs of discerning beauty consumers.

In 2021, Carol set up the Shiseido Beauty Innovations Fund (Ziyue) with Boyu Capital to target companies focusing on fast-growing sectors of the China market, with the goal of enhancing its business portfolio for new brands and creating business synergies with existing businesses.

Previously, Carol held a number of management positions at multinational firms such as Unilever, Burberry, L’Oréal, Amway and Marriott, where she led global strategy & innovation and marketing functions across regions and categories. Carol received her undergraduate degree from New York University's Stern Business School and her MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jason is a US-licensed architect and has been working in China since 2010. In 2015 he co-founded STUDIO DOHO, which specializes in brand experience design for retail, hospitality and office projects.
