Eric Jin is the Director of the Talent and Rewards business of Willis Towers Watson Beijing Office. He is responsible for China General Industry, High Tech, PHS, and Energy & Natural Resource total reward service. Prior to this, he was also responsible for several China finance service sectors including banking, leasing, trust, fin-tech and so on when he joined WTW first time. He has more than 15 years HR consulting and in-house management experience especially in organization development, total rewards, performance management and incentive design.

Eric gained two Bachelor’s degrees in Financial English and Law from Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics). Eric is also an Enrolled Agent licensed by Internal Revenue Service of U.S.

靳士伟先生毕业于北京航空航天大学，获得金融英语和法律双学士学位。他也是一名认证的美国税务师。

Lily Chen is the Founder and General Manager of Essential Health Benefit Solutions, a health based benefit consulting and solution company also as one of the first healthcare administration firms in the Chinese market. Ms. Chen is also the CEO and Partner of The Martec Group Shanghai, a US, Germany and China joint venture consulting firm with focus in industrial marketing research and strategic consulting.

Today, Ms. Chen has over 20 years experiences of Health Risk Management in product and consulting, and is also an expert on health risk management, health data analysis and employee benefit optimization and design. Prior to her current poistions, she served as the Managing Director of JLT Insurance Brokers Group with focus in employee benefits in China, as well as the Marketing and Corporate Account Services Director of World Link Medical Centers which is now Parkway Health.

Ms. Chen graduated from the University of California, Irvine with an MBA degree in marketing and strategy.

陈紫萍女士在产品和咨询方面已有超过20年的健康风险管理经验，并且是健康风险管理，健康数据分析，员工福利及效益优化和设计方面的专家。在现任的职务之前，陈女士曾任怡和保险集团中国区员工福利业务总裁，以及瑞新医疗（现为百汇医疗）市场及企业客户总监。

Ben Chen is the Human Resources Director for Asia Pacific Region at Glanbia Nutritionals. He is versed in cross-cultural and cross-country communication and management, with abundant practices in the APAC region.

Mr. Chen has more than 15 years of HR professional experience and is devoted to the landing of organizational structure, leadership and performance management in MNCs. He is certified by many institutions for his leadership and professionalism, such as IMD Leadership, Korn Ferry, Change First, DDI and IOC-Organization Development programs.

In addition, Mr. Chen has also been an enthusiastic and dedicated community service provider for more than a decade. Because of his contribution to the transformation of local NPOs and NGOs, He was awarded as “Suzhou Top Charitarian” and “Suzhou Four Star Volunteer”, and now taking the role as Chief Supervisor for local NPOs and NGOs. He also provides mentorship for Renmin University of China and Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in Suzhou.

工作之余，陈先生热心公益十年有余。鉴于其对本土非营利组织变革的贡献，曾先后被志愿者总会评选为“苏州市首批慈善天使”、“苏州市四星级志愿者”等。历任公益组织服务队队长、首席筹款顾问、常务副会长等职务，现担任苏州公益组织监事长。同时，积极担任中国人民大学、西交利物浦大学导师等。
