AmCham Shanghai is pleased to announce the inaugural event organized by the Retail Committee on Wednesday, May 26th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at AmCham Shanghai's office as we host "Learning from Emerging Local Brands". Please note the panel discussion will be held in Chinese.

上海美国商会零售行业协会将在于5月26日上午10：00-12：00在上海美国商会会议室（黄浦区湖滨路168号无限极大厦27楼）举办零售行业协会正式成立并举办的首次线下活动，即关于"本土品牌崛起之路" 的座谈会。一直以来，本土品牌的故事都是美资企业极为关注的话题。我们将为会员分享一些关于中国品牌优点方面的解读与展望。

Senior Advisor, McKinsey
Steven has been working and living in Mainland China for 25 years, and only with two companies, ZenithOptimedia (as CEO) and Tencent (as CVP). Steven has a full spectrum of experience in Marketing/Advertising /Management (both digital and conventional) that covers Multinational and Local brands in branding, promotion, digital transformation, and eCommerce. Steven focuses on the application of integrating technology, data, and content to form innovative business solutions for different categories of clients. Currently, Steven is the Senior Advisor at McKinsey, specializing in the Chinese Internet Ecosystem, digital transformation, marketing /advertising, new
retail and eCommerce Steven has done a lot of McKinsey projects that cover different categories of clients from all over the world. Steven is also regularly interviewed by various investment institutes regarding ecosystem advertising and business practice of the China internet industry.

吴晓梅 Sally Wu
Founder & CEO, Seesaw Coffee
毕业于上海财经大学国际会计专业，曾就职于HSBC、瑞安房地产等国际知名企业。2011年,创立Seesaw Coffee，完成从金融、房地产到创业者的华丽转身。

Sally graduated from SUFE with a degree in ACCA. Sally has worked in world-renowned enterprises, including HSBC and Shui On Land. In 2011, She founded Seesaw Coffee, successfully pivoting from finance and real estate to coffee entrepreneur.

沈嘉妮 Jenny Shen
钟薛高 ChicecreamR&D Director
Jenny graduated from Purdue University, with a Bachelor degree in Food Science, and received her Master degree in Food Science at Cornell University. She has three years of entrepreneurial experience in the baby food industry.

In 2018, she joined Chicecream and is now in charge of Chicecream's R&D center.

李进 Gena Li
百雀羚 PECHOIN, ChinaHead of Social E-Commerce Business Unit
11 years of experience in brand marketing, sales strategy and business management in consumer goods industries such as fast moving consumer goods, mom and babies, and beauty categories. At every important stage of her career, she is accepting the challenges of new channels and emerging industry.

As Head of Social E-Commerce Business Development of PECHOIN, which as a domestic beauty brand, has a brand history of nearly 100 years. Gena builds a new team from 0 to 1, mainly responsible for the development of the brand in live e commerce, private traffic and other new channels, to build marketing strategies, product development strategies and sales strategies.

Before joined in Pechoin , Gena served as new channel head in Abbott (China) Infant Nutrition and Danone (China) NUTRICIA Life Early Nutrition, and also worked as functional head in Kimberly Clark and Dumex.

Beside that, she also had entrepreneurial experience in new brand creation in beauty category independently.

魏燕是云南白药集团健康产品事业部的Key Account Director (KAD)，毕业于西安科技大学，2011年进入云南白药集团健康产品事业部KA部，2018年就任KAD职位。
Angela Wei is the Key Account Director of Yunan Baiyao. She graduated from Xi'an University of Science and Technology. In 2011, she joined the Key Account Department of Health Products Business Division in Yunan Baiyao, and took on her current role in 2018

Dai Yan is the senior solution architect of the big data team in Alibaba cloud and currently in charge of the data middle-end solution for retail clients. He has plenty of experience in the fields of data modeling, big data processing, ML, and traditional DW, and participated in many big projects across the industries of retail, telecom, and manufacturing. Before joined Alibaba cloud, Dai Yan has ever worked for IBM as the chief big data architect and Oracle as the client-advisor to help the clients realize the digital transformation.
