AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center cordially invites you to join the Driving Organizational Change Through Strategic Development on November 20 (Thursday), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shangri-La Yuanqu Suzhou.


Currently, enterprises are facing a complex, volatile, and challenging business environment. Intensified market competition, accelerated technological iteration, and rising customer expectations have all posed severe tests to traditional business models. This widespread growth pressure is forcing enterprises to pursue strategic upgrading and business transformation to break through difficulties in adversity. However, the dilemma for many companies is that they have developed forward-looking new strategies but are trapped by their existing organizational models. How can the "new wine" of business fit into the "old bottle" of the organization? The answer is that organizational change must resonate with strategic development. The structure, processes, talent mechanisms, and corporate culture of an organization should not be a follower of strategy, but strong supporter and driver of strategy implementation.


This sharing will delve into how to systematically plan and promote organizational change driven by strategic goals. We will focus on linking strategic objectives with organizational transformation, dynamically adjusting organizational forms, and introducing proven change management tools and frameworks to help enterprises identify key points of change, manage people and cultural risks during the process, ensure that change concepts can be solidly implemented, and ultimately achieve a closed-loop from strategy to execution, promoting the "soft landing" and sustainable growth of the organization.

I. From Strategy to Organization

  • What is the relationship between strategy implementation and organizational change, and how does the organization ensure it can support strategic implementation?
  • What models or tools are available from strategic goal setting to organizational design, and how can these tools be adapted to achieve expected results?
  • Can organizational development be planned? What are the differences between various types of organizations, and how can they adapt quickly to strategic adjustments?

II. From Organization to Implementation

  • What systematic models can be used to ensure effective organizational change, and how can various modules coordinate and adjust rhythmically?
  • How should difficulties and challenges be addressed during the change process?
