忆民从事人才发展和人才招聘20多年，他在2015年把Lumina Learning测评体系引入中国，已经培养了近300位认证师，遍布上海、北京、广州、深圳、香港、东京、新加坡等20多个城市。Lumina Learning测评体系应用在领导力、高效团队、招聘和选拔、职业发展、代际沟通、青少年成长等众多领域。
忆民是《大猎论道》的文章撰写者和翻译者，Leadership Coaching in China的合著作者。他在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校获得国际关系和亚太事务硕士学位。

Yimin Wang is the Founder and CEO of Sense Consulting, a boutique leadership consultancy. Yimin is the Global Partner of Lumina Learning, a UK-based international people selection and development organization. Yimin is also an adjunct professor of SKEMA.
Yimin has been working in the people development and people selection area for more than two decades. Since he introduced Lumina Learning to China in 2015, he has been focusing on building Lumina Learning’s brand and developing Lumina Learning Practitioners in China. He has so far trained about 300 Practitioners.
Yimin is a co-author of Big Hunters’ Views on Executive Search and Leadership Coaching in China.
Yimin holds a Master’s degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego.
