AmCham Shanghai's Women Executive Network (WEN) invites you to join Google's #IamRemarkable Workshop for WEN members on Wednesday, October 27th, 2021, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.

#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative that strives to empower everyone – especially women and underrepresented populations. This 90-minute workshop will enable participants to acquire the importance of self-promotion in their career pathway, arming them with this skill set, and encourage them to challenge the stereotypes revolving around self-promotion.

#IamRemarkable has collaborated with more than 800 companies worldwide across 150 countries, where more than 80% of its participants felt greater confidence and 49% have achieved career growth. Furthermore, research has proven that companies with diverse workforces perform greater financially, as they benefit from a more confident and productive workforce.

Improving diversity is not defined by simply involving more women in the workforce but is about empowering underrepresented groups to express their achievements in the workplace and beyond. The impact of the workshop in your company will be measured by independent and ongoing surveys to track the effectiveness of the workshop, to generate a company dashboard of program metrics.
