Join AmCham Shanghai's Legal Committee on the U.S. Department of Justice's "China Initiative" on Trade Secret Theft on Tuesday, February 26th from 8:30 - 10:00 AM at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.

With trade secret theft grabbing headlines for criminal arrests, as part of both country's political platforms, and across the civil legal landscape, what are the risks for US companies doing business in China, and what they are they doing to both guard against and investigate theft of their trade secrets through proactive compliance initiatives?

Experts Dr. Tim Klatte, head of forensics advisory services at Grant Thornton, Shanghai, and Steve Grimes, head of litigation for Asia at Winston & Strawn, LLP will cover this topic.
