AmCham Shanghai and Asia Transformation & Turnaround Association (ATTA) invite you to attend a joint conference on Business Transformation on Thursday, May 10. MNC executives and transformational consultants will offer insights and share successful examples of transforming their or their clients' business through innovation, operation excellence or significantly changing traditional business models.

With rapid transitions of China moving from manufacturing to service, exports to internal consumption, rural to urban development, China's ongoing economic transformation has provided new opportunities for multinational corporations operating in the country. However, there are huge waves sweeping over MNCs and SOEs' growth in China: new technology, rising costs (labor and raw materials), demographics and innovative local disruptors. Regarding the industries, we have seen numerous Western firms proactively adapting innovative ideas by transforming on various business essentials including business models and operations to enhance efficiency, shares and growth in both China and international markets. The program will cover a wide range of topics through case studies, panel interviews, and presentations on how we see the transitions and transformations in these areas.

For sponsorship opportunities, please contact Zoe Zhang at zoe.zhang@amcham-shanghai.org; for more general information, please contact Mitch Lee at mitch.lee@amcham-shanghai.org.
