Lisa has over 20 years of experience HR strategy and organization design with multi-national companies. She was a former Human Resources Director of Asia Pacific at Owens Corning, a Fortune 500 US company where she was responsible for talent strategy and organization design for China, Korea, Japan, Singapore and India.
Her previous experience includes working with Sterling (China) USA as a senior consultant and serving Coca Cola, General Electric, General Motors and other conglomerates. She has her Bachelor’s degree from Sichuan International Studies University and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and Fudan University.

Charlie Liu is a partner at Heidrick & Struggles’ Hong Kong office where he covers the industrial and energy sectors, focusing on chemical and process industries, energy/natural resources, electric & electronic industries, automotive, capital equipment and private equity related industries. Charlie is practice leader of chemical materials and energy/natural resources in Asia.

David is a tri-lingual (English, Japanese, Chinese) general manager with broad experience across marketing, sales, business operations, and human capital functions. Previous roles have included Asia Pacific partner & practice leader for a 15,000 person US HR consulting firm and Greater China General Manger & international operations director for one of the largest global HR technology companies. In his most recent role, he was a Chief Human Officer in the healthcare sector.

Yan Rong is the Senior Manager - Financial Reports & Analyses of Chongbang Groups. Yan consolidates the group’s accounts and she is responsible for the annual auditing financial analysis/modeling. Previously, Yan worked for EY, Bank of China and KPMG.

Yan is an ACCA chartered Account.

Alice Wong has over 20 years of HR experience in HR enablement, business partnering, performance management, diversity and inclusiveness, organizational development, recruiting and people engagement. She joined EY 11 years ago and used to work in consulting, corporate, Big4 and executive search firms. She has a Bachelor of Anthropology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is the Chairperson of HR Committee at Amcham Shanghai. Alice resides in Shanghai with her husband and two children.
