泰马克精密铸造（苏州）新厂实现智能化、自动化生产，部署智能仓储、注塑自动化产线、自动化组装线，集成ERP、WMS、MES、IQMS、EMS等系统，实现生产全流程数据互联。截止2024年底已完成智能化工厂建设，工厂建成后关键设备数控化率、设备综合利用率达90%以上。

智能工厂建设主要基于以ERP、WMS、MES、IQMS、EMS系统为核心关联各子系统模块的信息化集成及应用示范，相关数字化水平评估等级均达到三级。

AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center cordially invites you to the Operational Excellence & Intelligent Manufacturing on November 12 (Wednesday), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Technimark Precision Molding (Suzhou).

As a provincial and municipal pilot for the integration of informatization and industrialization, Technimark (Suzhou) draws on its experience as a Jiangsu Provincial Model Smart Workshop. The new plant deploys: intelligent warehousing, fully automated injection-moulding lines, automated assembly lines, integrated ERP, WMS, MES, IQMS, and EMS platforms.

These systems create end-to-end data connectivity across production. By the end of 2024, the smart-factory build was complete with: CNC rate of key equipment >90%, overall equipment efficiency >90%, and its digitalisation has been assessed at Level 3 under national smart-manufacturing standards.
