Annie Chen joined Lesaffre in 2008 and, since 2013, has taken the role of Greater China HR director. Global HR leadership team member for over 10 years. Before Lesaffe, I had various positions as a GM assistant and key account manager at DSM (a Dutch company).
Between 2022-2024 Lead APAC region HR responsible, lead the regional HR strategy through coordinating 14 countries in the region.

Lilian Huang, North Asia Head of Financial Services, TMF Group. Previously Managing Director, Market Head of Mainland China & Taiwan, and a member of the APAC Executive Committee of TMF Group.
Before joining TMF Group, Lilian held numerous leadership roles at renowned financial services organizations, including JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital, and Citigroup. She is a financial executive with over 25 years of experience and a demonstrated history of leadership positions in international capital markets, corporate and investment banking, and industrial finance.
In both 2023 & 2024, Lilian has been listed on China’s 50 Most Powerful Women (“MPW”) in business (Future Board) of 2023 & 2024 by Fortune.
Lilian holds a master’s degree in international business administration (IMBA) from Hong Kong University. She is also the senior mentor of the Finance Industry, as appointed by New York University (NYU) Shanghai. A mentorship program named “Lilian Huang Industry Mentor Program was set up in her name.
Besides her professional role in TMF Group, Lilian is also the Director of the Advisory Board of E-Youth, an NGO that supports university students and the entrepreneurial young generation by connecting leaders from business.
Ms. Gebi Liang is the vice president of engineering for Teams and SharePoint for Microsoft China. She leads the engineering organization that develops Teams, one of the world’s fastest-growing collaboration platforms, and she leads enhancements to SharePoint Online, one of the world’s largest SaaS.
Before her current role, she worked in Microsoft’s public cloud for many years, launching several Azure services from ideation to market release. She spearheaded the China Cloud Innovation Center (CCIC), which played a key role in addressing the unique technical needs of China-based customers’ journey to the cloud.
Ms. Liang is a passionate advocate of Microsoft’s culture of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). She leads multiple efforts to drive more equitable representation and promote career development for Microsoft’s female employees, as well as to advance diversity and inclusion culture in the workplace. She actively participates in a broad array of activities outside of Microsoft to inspire women to pursue STEM careers, as well as nurture an emerging generation of female business and technology leaders. Ms. Liang was featured on Forbes China's 50 Top Women in Tech and the Fortune China’s Most Powerful Women in 2020.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Liang was a 15-year veteran of Intel, holding several key technical and leadership roles in the United States and China.
Ms. Liang holds a master's degree in computer science from the College of the William & Mary and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Beijing Normal University. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach.
Mr. David Massiah is the Head of Dulwich College Suzhou, China. He is from England and has served in top IB and K-12 institutions in South America and Asia. He has been leading Dulwich College Suzhou for three years, which this year achieved the ranking of being “The Top IB School in China,” as verified by the IBO.
He joined the Dulwich College/EIM Group in 2020 as the headmaster of Dulwich College Yangon. The following year, he became an Education Director within the Dulwich Group, after which, took the post in Suzhou. He has specialized in developing leadership, award-winning professional development, sustainability, community engagement, and academic excellence in organizations.
Previously, he worked for nine years at Newton College, the first IB school in Peru, and also at Redland School in Chile, a UWC affiliate school, as ‘LAHC Executive Headteacher’.
Mr. Massiah studied his degree and PGCE at Cambridge (UK), with a degree in English Literature and Language, his MA/PGD in International Education and Development at UEA (UK), a Diploma in ‘Managing social change’ from Harvard University, and NPQH from National College of Leadership (UK). During this time, he received numerous awards, such as the Excellence in Teaching Award from Stanford University in October 2013 and the Global Best Educator Award from the English-Speaking Union (ESU) in 2020.
Jin's software engineering career spans Silicon Valley and China, including 16 years at Microsoft China. Starting as an individual contributor and later as a manager, she has contributed to a diverse array of products and services. Currently, she serves as the Partner Engineering Manager of the SharePoint Experiences team at Microsoft Suzhou, where she is dedicated to developing intelligent intranet solutions that enhance enterprise productivity and foster efficient collaboration. She gained appreciation for diversity and inclusion from her rich industry experience and has been an active member in D&I communities and serving as a mentor.
Maria is an experienced executive and team coach, cross-cultural facilitator, and keynote speaker based in Shanghai, China, for the past 15 years. As the Founder of Bridge Consulting and Co-Founder of Global Impact Teams, she is dedicated to helping international leaders and teams find new ways to work better together in globally distributed environments to improve both performance and engagement.
She is fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese, and she also passionately advocates for women by leading the Global Women Entrepreneurs Network community and supporting local initiatives like Mentor Walks Shanghai.
Dr. Ellen E Touchstone is the inaugural Associate Dean for Responsible and Sustainable Business Education at the International Business School Suzhou @ XJTLU. She received her MBA in International Business from ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management and her PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of Southern California. She is a thought leader on inclusive banking with her research on the linguistic servicescape and multilingual advertising published in the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Consumer Research respectively.
Under her leadership, IBSS was recently named the first and only Champion business school in China by the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) organization of the UN Global Compact. The carbon reduction initiative she launched with the Sustainable Future Talents student group, "Fifteen Ways in Fifteen Weeks" won the AMBA BGA Best CSR & Sustainability Initiative 2022 award. In March 2022, she was named a “China Super Woman” by Shanghai-based Green Initiatives for her work on environmental and gender equity initiatives in the Yangtze River Delta. In November 2022, she received the “Model Citizen” award from the Suzhou Industrial Park government.
Hefei Wang is a Professor of Finance at the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, where she currently serves as the Associate Dean of Academic Engagement (ADAE). In her role as the ADAE, Hefei has played a key role in bridging the gap between academia and industry, forging strong connections with academic institutions both in China and internationally.
Prior to joining IBSS in 2022, Hefei was a professor of Finance and director of the Financial Big Data Lab at the Renmin University of China. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a masters in Statistics from Stanford University. She completed her freshman year at Peking University before transferring to Wellesley College where she graduated summa cum laude double majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science. She has also worked as an assistant professor of Finance at the University of Illinois, Chicago, a visiting Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and a quantitative researcher at China Investment Corporation. Hefei’s research interests include theoretical corporate finance, dynamic asset allocation and Financial Big Data. She was co-PI for a number of research grants, including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange research grant, China National Natural Science Foundation Key Program and Youth Program. She was invited to present her research at American Economic Association (AEA) annual meetings, Society of Financial Econometrics (SOFIE), the US Federal Reserves, US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and Asian Development Bank Institute, etc. She is currently an independent director and a risk management committee member for Pengyang Asset Management Company and on the board of directors for the Cambricon Fintech Research Institute and China Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (CSIAM) Algorithms and Fintech committee. Her contributions to academia have been recognized with multiple awards, including the Jinji Lake Leading Talent Award and the Suzhou Industrial Park Excellent Educator Award, underscoring her significant impact as a scholar and educator.
Mengfan Zou is a Principal Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where she leads a dynamic team focused on driving innovation and excellence in software engineering. With a wealth of experience in managing complex projects and fostering collaboration across diverse teams, Mengfan has been instrumental in delivering impactful solutions that enhance productivity and user experience. Mengfan is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech community. As a strong advocate for D&I, Mengfan actively supports initiatives that empower women in technology and leadership roles.
