AmCham Shanghai invites you to join our SME seminar series about crisis communications in the social media age: an overview of crisis management in China today. With an increasingly fierce media landscape and an army of self-media eager to express their opinions via WeChat and Weibo, today companies fear reputation crisis and its effects on their brand and business.


The event will be held on April 9 from 14:00-16:00 at the AmCham Shanghai Trade and Investment Center. This seminar is aimed at sharing the most updated crisis communications strategies in China's social media environment.
