Rami Goldratt currently serves as CEO of Goldratt Group, the leading organization in Theory of Constraints (TOC) implementations.

Over the years, Rami has been involved in consulting engagements with Retail, Automotive, Textile, Chemical and Service Industries all around the world. Rami is considered one of the most influential leaders of the TOC body of knowledge and is highly regarded for developing the TOC applications for Sales and Marketing. His ground-breaking implementations in this area have become the standard of TOC in sales.

Rami was also among the pioneers in developing and implementing TOC applications for the education system – guiding hundreds of teachers around the world in applying the TOC thinking Processes for children’s education.

Florian Weihard is Industry 4.0 and Fuel Cell Specialist and Chief Technology Officer from Germany with extensive Engineering, Innovation and General Management background. He has completed his mechanical engineering studies at OTH Regensburg, Germany in 2009. After starting his career as design engineer in R&D in Germany in the same year, he moved to China in 2010. Over the following years, he set up and managed engineering offices and plants in China, Singapore, USA and Malaysia. Since 2015, he has been focusing on Industry 4.0 and Digitalization Technologies. As CTO, he is responsible for the Innovation Management and Technology Development in ruhlamat Automation Technologies as well as for the Digitalization Division as GM of ruhlamat Smart Technologies. He is also the Co-initiator and Technology Expert of the Smart Manufacturing Application Sharing Forum as well as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of DUSA European Companies Suzhou Association. He was selected as candidate of Jiangsu High-Level Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Introduction Program and won the award of 2018 Jiangsu High-Level Innovation and Entrepreneurship High Skilled Talent.

ruhlamat is a German High-tech automation machine builder with almost 60 years of manufacturing experience. It has locations in Germany, China, USA, India and Asia-Pacific areas with a combined total of approximately 1,200 employees.

Furthermore, he is heading the innovation & product center in China. Prior to his current role, he worked for the past 10 years at Hansgrohe in the fields of eCommerce, new business development and corporate group strategy.

Born in Germany, Thomas has lived and worked in Germany, UK and China. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University in Marburg, Germany.

Prior to Milliken & Company, Allison served multiple leadership roles at DuPont Nutrition & Healthy Business for 5 years as Marketing Director, Chair of China Growth Strategy Management Office, and

Before becoming a corporate business executive, Allison worked in leading management consulting firm Monitor Group (Deloitte Consulting) for 5 years.

Brian is on IDEO Shanghai's leadership team. He consults organizations at different stages of their innovation journey, may it be envisioning futures, to strategy and implementation. He also enjoys working alongside companies in their transformation. Spanning 2016-2018, he worked with Huawei in their digital transformation initiative, which saw him leading collaboration with 50+ parties- from the C-suite, front-line staff, sales teams, engineers, to various end customers and businesses that the company serves.

Brian is on IDEO Shanghai's leadership team.

Prior to moving to China in 2013, Brian spent two decades in London and the United States, honing his craft in academia and consultancies. He enjoys bringing together disparate approaches, from experimental psychology, foresights, to co-creation.

Brian holds two master degrees from The London School of Economics and The Fletcher School at Tufts. His bachelor's degree is from Washington University in St. Louis.
