Ms. Lu is a Partner of Baker McKenzie’s Shanghai office. She routinely leads massive employment projects, such as mass layoffs, restructuring, investigations, and employee unrests / strikes, involving challenging and complex considerations. She also specializes in strategic employment counselling and developing creative employment solutions for multinational corporations in their global transactions and day-to-day operations. Ms. Lu was named the “Leading Individual: Labor and Employment (Foreign Firms, China)” by Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2019 and 2020, and “Leading Lawyer – Employment: PRC Law (International Firms)” by Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide from 2016 to 2020.

Ms. Lu graduated from the University of lowa College of Law with a J.D. (2004) and an LL.M. (2001), and also from the East China University of Politics and Law with an LL.B. (2000). She is admitted before the State Bar of Missouri, U.S.A.
