Jay Si graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. Jay Si is admitted to practice law in China and the State of New York, USA.

Evah Tang is currently a Tax Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers China based in Shanghai. Evah has over 16 years of China tax experience in providing various tax advice to multinational companies and domestic companies.

She has participated in tax aspects of inbound investment/outbound investment over different industries, focusing on TMT platform industry. Moreover, She holds up to date and relevant knowledge on cross-border acquisitions/ restructurings, financing, negotiation support and evaluation of exit options. She is also experienced in IPO and tax planning advisory, tax compliance review and negotiation for tax audit defence.

Her client includes not only multi-national company of Fortune 500, strategic investors but also financial investors and local private companies. Evah has served many famous multi-national clients in various industries, including TMT and gaming (Meituan, PinDuoDuo, Mihoyo), pharma (Amgen, Sonova, Fosun Group), chemistry (BASF), retail (e.g. Tesco, Metro), etc.

Qualifications:

Evah received her bachelor degree in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2009.
She is a qualified member of the Chinese Certified Tax Agent and Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
