Organizational Behavior:
Organizational behavior is a field of study that examines the human side of business and how organizations motivate workers and build effective teams. Students in this course may learn concepts that create the behaviors of persons and groups within organizational systems. Topics might include motivation theory, leadership, group dynamics and the psychology of attitudes and emotions. Students might be expected to discuss case studies involving such topics as performance appraisals or conflict within an organization.
