AmCham Shanghai's Food, Agriculture and Beverage Committee is pleased to host a special talk with Sam Su, former Chairman of Yum China, on Thursday, September 4, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center. The talk will feature Sam's second book, Doing It the Right Way 2: My Lifelong Pursuit and Practice (《正路2:我一生的追求和实践》).
In this session, Sam will share personal reflections and practical strategies that have shaped his management philosophy and helped transform China's F&B industry. As one of the most respected figures in China's restaurant industry, Sam offers timeless lessons on leadership, innovation and resilience. Li Xin, Founder/President of Sustenture and Chair of the Food, Agriculture and Beverage Committee, will moderate the discussion.
