Yaowen has 7 years work experience at automation and robotics company in China and Europe as technical support engineer, product manager and sales director so that comprehensive knowledge of next generation automation.

As VP of Engineering at Geek+, Mo Shen is responsible for system software that constitute the “brain” behind the Geek+ intelligent logistic products and solutions. With a global perspective and entrepreneurial mind, he has successfully led the team to deliver software releases that service the Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Geek+, he served as CTO of Beehive, a logistic solution company. Previously, he also served as Executive Director of MSCI and held various senior management positions at Oracle. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Ted has spent over 25 years managing China operations in various manufacturing industries including die casting, injection molding and compression molding in construction, electronics and telecommunications markets.

Ted's companies have accelerated their business growth by tapping his knowledge in the governmental regulatory requirements, unique business culture, and manufacturing supplier sourcing market within Asia Pacific and China. Ted is a current member and 3-time elected Board of Governor of AmCham Shanghai; and former Vice Chairman of the Manufacturing Business Council of AmCham Shanghai.

Ted is a Mandarin speaker and holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Erik Walenza is the CEO of IoT ONE Inc., the Chair of the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) Smart Factory Task Group (SFTG), and the Shanghai Director of Startup Grind. IoT ONE is a leading source of information and insight regarding Industrial Internet of Things vendors and solutions. Companies work with IoT ONE to develop their customer bases, partner ecosystems, and innovation strategies. As Chair of the IIC SFTG, Erik works with IIC members to reduce the risk for early adopters of Industrial IoT technologies in manufacturing. Through Startup Grind Erik supports the development of Shanghai's innovation ecosystem.
