As co-founder and CMO of Tezign, a startup backed by top-tier investors such as Sequoia and Hearst Ventures, Daisy has led the company to provide creative supplier platform and data intelligence solutions for world leading brands like Alibaba, Unilever, Starbucks, Tencent, etc.

She was named as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum in 2014 and was awarded "Forbes 30 under 30 Asia, Enterprise Technology" in 2017. She is actively participating in the areas of women's leadership, sustainability, and digital transformation. She has been interviewed by the BBC, Financial Times, China Daily, South China Morning Post, among others.

Daisy will share stories of her journey from art student to entrepreneur, how she thrives running an innovative business in a rapid changing environment, and how she explores what she defines as inside-out leadership to become an impactful millennial leader.
