The event will allow participants to learn the basic principles of Lean Six Sigma.

Lean Six Sigma Program supports process-based organizations and improves the cost efficiency and profitability of companies. Lean Six Sigma provides a structure to help solve a problem efficiently and effectively. The methodology helps practitioners eliminate inefficiencies from their working day. Lean Six Sigma prompts you to ask: Do we need it? Does it add value to the customer? Would our customer pay for it?

There are 5 levels of Lean Six Sigma:

  • White – basic Lean Six Sigma awareness
  • Yellow – Problem solving expert
  • Green – Project Expert
  • Black – Project Leader
  • Master Black Belt – Process Excellence/Quality Manager

The Lean Six Sigma White Belt is a professional who is familiar with the basic principles and vocabulary of Lean Six Sigma
