Ryan began his career in the 1990s with an SEO internet startup that survived the Dot-com bubble and was later acquired by Marchex, which is still in business today. After navigating those long odds early on, he continues to be fortunate enough to work with several other successful companies and startups--from single owner websites to unicorn, publicly-listed companies. He has a passion for teaching and helping people achieve their goals.

Tamar Hela is an educator, editor, and published writer. She is also the #LinkedInLocal host for Shanghai, with three successful events in 2018 under her belt. As she continues to nurture and inspire the people of Shanghai to take their online connections to offline, she aims to provide as many opportunities as possible for networking, professional development, and content tips. Currently, one of her projects involves helping small businesses to become niche thought leaders on LinkedIn. When Tamar isn't running around Shanghai, living her alter-ego as a crazy preschool teacher, or writing her next novel, she can be found reading a good book in an exotic getaway.
