Lillian is Market HR Lead for Mainland China and Hongkong for Google. She’s had extensive experience on working with the engineering and cross functional teams in Google in the past 9 years and expertise in organization culture, team effectiveness, and coaching for career development. She held an executive MBA degree from Hongkong University and before Google she was with Microsoft in different functions. In spare time, Lillian is a professional coach(ICF PCC) and has had extensive coaching experience across different industries.

Jing is a senior associate of Hogan Lovells Shanghai office. She has advised multinational corporations on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on foreign direct investment, merger and acquisitions, regulatory, employment, data privacy and cybersecurity.

Jing has a deep understanding of Chinese law and yet is business minded. She provides clients with practical and commercial advices and solutions to help them tackle their problems and achieve their goals in China. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jing
has worked for a leading PRC law firm for two years, where she has gained intensive experiences on mergers and acquisitions and foreign investment matters.

Jing was admitted to the PRC bar in 2012, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Samantha Xie is Vice President, Human Resources for BI TCM. Samantha has been with BI for more than twelve years. She has extensive experience on working with the business and cross functional teams in BI. She is leading the development and implementation of BI TCM People and Talent Strategies, as well as building a strong TCM HR team that has delivered high quality end-to-end employee support and continuously improved employee experience.

Samantha is leading the TCM HR team to support business, organization and leadership development, and will help to execute the BI TCM 2030 Vision and Mission.
