The afternoon session of the AmCham Shanghai 2025 HR Conference includes two workshops from 4:15 pm to 5:00 pm.

    Aloysius first joined Cornerstone as Managing Director in 2007. Graduated with a BBA double major degree from University of Oregon and completed his MBA in UK. Previously held senior leadership level positions covering Greater China and APAC for various companies from Singapore, Switzerland, Canada, USA, UK, China, JV Corporations and was a Board member for a Hong Kong Company. His industrial coverage range from total supply chain, certification, laboratory testing, automotive, MRO services, semi/passive components and manufacturing. Aloysius is a certified ACC and NLP Coach from the International Coach Federation in USA, a Certified CPI Career Consultant and founding member of Shanghai Rotary Merlion Club. He was the guest speaker and judge at the Forum of America Chinese Exchanges (FACES) sponsored by Stanford University and China Fudan University. Having worked in APAC countries and Greater China, he has experience with cross cultural communications and values. With his extensive experience in leadership role, strategic thinking, change management, operational excellence and development, he has a strong passion to help leaders find their next career goals and help businesses in their strategic intents and B2B synergies. He is conversant in both English and Mandarin with other local Chinese dialects.

    With 20+ years steering multinationals (GE, Alstom) and high-growth Medtech corporates, Qi demonstrates mastery in M&A integration, structural realignment, and strategic talent calibration. His expertise extends to building integrated HR ecosystems spanning R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations across full industrial value chains.

    He holds an MBA from Tianjin University, and a Master's in Applied Psychology from CAS Institute of Psychology, blending operational expertise with behavioral science insights.
