    Michael Chang: Dr. Michael Chang, who grew up in Taiwan, is a scientist and entrepreneur. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and worked as a research scientist. After the successful startup of Wall Street Fin-Tech, now he is CEO of Synergies Intelligent Systems, Inc. This company’s core technology comes from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which focuses on building the world's leading industrial AI technology team, and has been selected by the 2018 CIO Review, the world's top 20 most promising artificial intelligence companies. Also, Synergies was selected as three main AI partners by strong industrial enterprises Foxconn for factory digital transformation. In the early years, he was the first person to receive a full-funded doctoral scholarship to study abroad by Foxconn chairman Mr. Terry Guo. In 2018, Mr. Terry Guo even said in public that Dr. Michael Chang is the son of Foxconn at the special shareholders meeting. His research and development results during his Ph.D. in MIT and as a researcher at the school have been featured on several international top journals such as the Natural Series Journal and became the first Taiwanese to appear on the journal as the first author. The home page of the MIT official website was also reported in a particularly large scale, becoming the focus of science at that time, and was once called the light of Taiwan by the media.

    - As Factory GM and Ops Director of Nokia from 2005-2009, YP managed global manufacturing of all high end devices from Nokia’s Asia factories, amounting to over 10M units per month.

    - He was the head of Global Lean Manufacturing at LiteOnMobile

    - As AVP and Global Head of Operations at FIH, YP was in charge of global manufacturing of the “new” Nokia phones jointly produced by HMD (Nokia’s global licensee) and Foxconn.

    Raymond Tsang is a partner based in Bain & Company's Shanghai office. He is the co-leader of the firm's Asia-Pacific Performance Improvement practice and a leader in the Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Energy & Natural Resources practices. He is also an expert in Bain's Automotive and Supply Chain Management practices.

    He has served clients in a wide range of industries with a focus on industrial products, automotive, technology and logistics industries. His work includes growth strategy development, M&A and performance improvement work such as supply chain management and cost reduction.

    He earned a master’s degree in engineering management from Stanford University.
