Larry Wang is the founder and CEO of a talent development company, Zhishangwang, and a leading China recruitment firm, Wang & Li Asia Resources. In 1992, he also founded Chinese-American Professionals in Taiwan (CAPT), the first professional organization targeting the interests of Chinese-American professionals in Asia.

Larry received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Ray Zhong is a HR professional with over 17 years of comprehensive HR experience in the MNC.

He started his career in the traditional MNC such as LG, GE and BAT, where his role was mainly focus on staffing , the role to find the right fit between talents and the company .

After that, he has decided to join the retail industry where he took the management roles in different HR fields, staffing, talent development, organization development etc. His recent role is the Greater China HRD of Bally and playing an active role as business partner and HR advisor to the regional management team.

Julie is the founder of Leadership Focused Consulting Co, and has over 25 years of corporate and consulting experiences as a senior HR executive in Global Fortune 100 companies. Her expertise include: executive coaching, leadership development & change management, millennium and women leader career development, team development & engagement, organization development and HR consulting.

Julie is always active in various HR communities to contribute and grow leaders. She often partners with business leaders to identify key people challenges, and delivers high impact solutions to sustain strategic business success.
