Anna Karin Toren is the regional Director of Wellness for EF Education First, the world’s largest private education company with over 500 offices across the globe. EF has been ranked the “Happiest company to work for” by China Business Journal and “The Coolest Office Top 10” on Liepin.com, reflecting the company’s dedication to a modern yet green office environment. At EF’s Asia headquarters on Tongren Lu, Anna Karin developed an employee wellness program that includes group fitness classes, healthy eating initiatives, informative educational talks and community events, with an aim to increase awareness and inspire action. In addition to holding a Master of Science in Business Administration, Anna Karin is also a registered yoga teacher, experienced sailor, and mother of three active daughters.

Mr. Charlie Chan is at present located in Shanghai as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bank Co. Ltd. China, and Finance Director for Deutsche Bank Taiwan Branch.

Mr. Chan has over 20 years of banking experience, he joined Deutsche Bank Japan in 2004 as Head of Management Information, Analytics and Finance Transformation. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Chan had worked in JPMorgan Hong Kong and Singapore supporting Asia Credit Markets on eCommerce Business management and CFO functions. Mr. Chan also worked as a Trade Settlement system process consultant in London and New York.

Mr. Chan is a Fellow of CPA Australia, FCPA (Aust.). He also holds a Master of Science degree from City University London and Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Birmingham, UK.

Mr.Anthony Chong is based in Shanghai as VP HR Asia-Pacific of Saint-Gobain. Prior to joining Saint-Gobain, he had worked for Delphi Packard and Philips Electronics in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. He has over 25 years of HR experience. He has strong skill in HR Strategy, Assessment Center and Talents Coaching. Mr.Chong holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull. He is a Fellow Member of Australia Institute of Human Resources.

With more than 15 years of experience in technology, consulting, exhibition, hospitality and event management industries across China, Hong Kong, UK and France, Chuan has taken the entrepreneurial challenge of starting AWB - A Well Being Company following the unfortunate loss of her mother to lung cancer. She decided to dedicate her life to bring more health awareness to people so that we can live a healthier and happier life.
