At EF’s Asia headquarters on Tongren Lu, Anna Karin developed an employee wellness program that includes group fitness classes, healthy eating initiatives, informative educational talks and community events, with an aim to increase awareness and inspire action. In addition to holding a Master of Science in Business Administration, Anna Karin is also a registered yoga teacher, experienced sailor, and mother of three active daughters.

    Mr. Charlie Chan is at present located in Shanghai as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bank Co. Ltd. China, and Finance Director for Deutsche Bank Taiwan Branch.

    Mr. Chan has over 20 years of banking experience, he joined Deutsche Bank Japan in 2004 as Head of Management Information, Analytics and Finance Transformation. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Chan had worked in JPMorgan Hong Kong and Singapore supporting Asia Credit Markets on eCommerce Business management and CFO functions. Mr. Chan also worked as a Trade Settlement system process consultant in London and New York.

    Mr. Chan is a Fellow of CPA Australia, FCPA (Aust.). He also holds a Master of Science degree from City University London and Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Birmingham, UK.
