Before joining NTD in 2009, Ms. Cao worked as patent attorney for over ten years and as Principal of Shanghai Office of China Patent Agent. Her experience predominantly lies in patent prosecution, invalidation, infringement and intellectual property portfolio management in various hi-tech areas including chemistry, chemical engineering, nanotechnology, biotechnology, materials science.
