  • Yoan Rigart-Lenisa (CEO of IT Consultis)

    Yoan Rigart-Lenisa

    CEO of IT Consultis

2007 - Yoan is a 24-year-old fresh graduate in Shanghai. He is incredibly motivated and senses the opportunities and vibes of the city. He must start something new, something meaningful.
2019 - Yoan is the CEO of IT Consultis, an independent digital agency composed of over 80 talents with offices in Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore on its route to becoming a leader in digital transformation and omnichannel solutions.
It has been a long way and success certainly did not fall from the sky. Yoan’s story is a tale of motivation and resilience, lessons learned and hard work.

It all started from a dream, the drive to have an impact, to touch multiple things and build success. But the way soon revealed to be steep and full of obstacles. Support came from very far, but still very close. His brother Aurelien, a construction engineer, joined Yoan from the United States, motivated and ready to dig his way into the market.

The first venture the brothers jumped in was an e-commerce platform for tailor-made items. The idea sounded great and so did the business model. But, when aiming at building a digital presence for their venture, Yoan and Aurelien experienced that at that time, tech providers would split into two groups. The first one was made of agencies with a great name and reputation, way too expensive. The second was made of small companies or freelancers who offered low prices but were unable to deliver.

There was a big gap in the market, an opportunity, a starting point. This was the very beginning for IT Consultis, an independent agency with the mission of empowering digital transformation. The first project taken on by the company was worth $300. Today, IT Consultis counts over 500 satisfied clients across all industries, including Fortune 500-listed companies. In 2016 the company inaugurated its Vietnam branch in Ho Chi Minh City, while last year it opened an office in Singapore.

IT Consultis was born in the industry of innovation, and we keep serving it and redefining it by crafting omnichannel solutions tailored to the needs of every client in their digital transformation journey. Our portfolio proudly boasts names like Porsche, Zara, Leica, Budweiser and many more.

The drive and urge to explore new opportunities had Yoan jump also in the F&B world, founding Urban Thai, a restaurant that celebrates Thai cuisine and healthy nutrition. Today, The Urban Thai Group, with three locations in Shanghai and a delivery platform called Urban Tuk Tuk. The chain is well-known among the expat community of the city and has been recently awarded the title of Best Southeast Asian Restaurant by Chope.

Success after success Yoan keeps working to improve himself and everyone around him. Under his leadership, IT Consultis is pursuing a 50% YoY growth for the second year in a row while still being an enjoyable working place where the close-knit team of ITCers delivers only excellence and top-notch solutions.

Not stopping here, the next mission for Yoan is to help tech startups grow and develop by creating ITC’s Tech Accelerator.
Other projects less tech-related are in the initiation phase as well. Stay tuned!
