AmCham Shanghai's Real Estate and Construction Committee invites you to a discussion on the state of the flexible office space market on Tuesday, April 16 from 12:00–13:45 at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.

Co-working is now over ten years old, but there is more confusion than ever over the offerings, advantages, and business proposal as new market participants join the fray and new business models emerge. In order to shed some clarity on the situation, AmCham Shanghai has invited three prominent companies from different backgrounds (traditional co-working, serviced office, landlord) to discuss their models' advantages and disadvantages, client profiles, business models, growth strategies and future trends.

This will be a brown bag by attendees lunch event.
