Min Ko is a partner and an International Affairs Director at First Respond 第一反应®. Her key responsibilities include but are not limited to aligning global strategy along with the company’s core values, building a long-term relationship with existing and potential partners, and brand positioning First Respond 第一反应® as the pioneering Chinese social enterprise focusing on cardiac emergency response system. She is also a trained instructor, teaching the fundamental understanding of performing CPR, AED, and first aid skills in unique Chinese legal environment. Being exposed to international community since the young age, Min has previous work experiences in hospitality management and global HR in three different countries including Korea, China, and the US. She is also an MBA graduate of China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
